We stayed at the Oak House in Oct 2021. It’s haunted. But I believe that all properties in the forest in Sedona are haunted. I’m not down with paranormal stuff so experiencing that once in my lifetime is enough. Spooky though. ||I loved the morning walks. Taking a stroll in the crisp August morning and pulling an apple from the tree. Best apple I ever had.

The Forest Houses has become my new “happy place”. It is simply the most serene and stunning oasis. I have stayed several places in Sedona, and there is something extra special about it here at the Forest Houses. It is tranquil, quiet, cozy, and staying here always grounds me back to earth and the present moment. My husband and I stayed here in early April when it was still cool enough to cozy up by a fire, and then again this month in June, where the grounds are bountiful and blooming! The staff here are incredibly kind, accommodating, and warm & inviting. This will become our yearly spot!🥰

What a wonderful stop to get off the grid for a moment. A great location on Oak Creek about 20 minutes outside of uptown Sedona. The stayed in Rock House and it was lovely. The sounds of the creek and surroundings is very peaceful. The resort is just off the highway so you will hear car noises but that really doesn’t effect ones visit. No television or Internet was a welcome change. The front office has board games and puzzles. Fire wood is provided for guest use. Overall a great experience and would return anytime.

Amazing little cabins some right off the creek. Houses have all u will need. Just bring clothes toiletries and food. Great little spot. Quite the hidden gem

This place is amazing and accommodated us after the loss of our son and we grew closer and healed on that trip and are headed back again for my spouses bday and have decided to make it our own first family tradition to return once a year and develop a routine of relaxing reconnection and love through this place for our relationship and hopeful future kids we may have some day.
Thank you forest houses resorts for providing an oasis of healing that captured our broken hearts and helped mend our tears. We appreciate the atmosphere and love put into the cabins and the nature protected around them. We will be back many times and enjoyed your kindness and warmth.

This is by far our favorite spot!! Been coming for the same weekend the last few years. They are always so friendly and so helpful. We enjoy the creek and the hiking, the close proximity to Sedona, and a nice drive up oak creek. We will continue going every year as long as we can!!!!

My favorite place on earth! As soon as you enter the resort, it's like a peaceful Oasis away from the busyness of Sedona. Great location in Oak Creek Canyon- you are close to both the town of Sedona as well as Flagstaff. Each cabin is cozy, unique and beautiful! The family who owns the resort is so kind and welcoming. Highly highly recommend Forest Houses Resort!

Absolutely beautiful. Great location in the trees and a great place to unplug. No TVs, not great if any cell service and the office has games and puzzles. The resort next door is a mile hike away with bar and grill. Can't recommend enough
