I had a wonderful stay at the Foley House Inn. Everything was perfection! I spent one night in the 204 Stafford. It was beautiful with a fireplace, a large whirlpool tub, sitting area, and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful square! I spent another night in the 305 Nottingham which was also a very comfortable room overlooking the courtyard. The staff was ultra friendly and accommodating. They even moved all my things from one room to the other! Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and prompt. The location is fantastic, sitting on a beautiful square with restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee right outside the door! I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe both at the Inn and walking all around town, even late at night.

First time in SAV! The location was terrific; the inn was just as expected, a beautiful place. The bed is so comfortable that I didnโ€™t want to get up in the am ๐Ÿ˜‚. Staff is very friendly and professional! The elder man working in the reception is a sweetheart. And Breakfast is delicious!

We will definitely recommend this inn to our families and friends. Location was so perfect that we walked everywhere! We canโ€™t wait to be back to Savannah, we fell in love with the city.

Greetings from NY state!

Absolutely wonderful location in the Historic District - which is so much more appreciated when you can walk everywhere and take in the squares, architecture and the unique surroundings of this area. ||The rooms were clean and charming. The staff was so warm and welcoming - you felt you were a part of the Foley family. A continental breakfast was ready each morning in the parlor and freshly baked cookies every afternoon. We also enjoyed the wonderful, private patios in the back. These and all furnishings and decor were selected to represent the historic nature of this inn and Savannah.||I would highly recommend the Foley Inn - itโ€™s an authentic part of Historical Savannah. Sure beats a modern hotel!

Beautiful and very quaint BnB. Stairs are a killer to top floor and the Wrest House suite, but well worth it. The view is amazing of the Chippewa park.
Loved the room, the creakyness, the bathroom renovated and modernized, the dining area very spectacular and antique.
Heard someone walking on top of us, despite there is no floor above the Wrest House also felt wind gusts in stairs like someone running by you.
Very central and walkable to everywhere!

We hosted a college football squad reunion for a long weekend and attended the Savannah Music Festival events. This is our 10th year, and 8th at the Foley House. Each year the music at the festival and service at the Foley get better. I might add that the older we get, the better football players we were also! |Faith, Chuck and Dede could not have been better hosts; they catered to every need (and then some when one participant became ill). The Foley is a short walk from everything good in Savannah |We look forward to next year.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The location was perfect for us- right off a small square, a wonderfully quiet courtyard to enjoy, incredibly easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was under renovations while we were there (early November 2024) and those provided very minor inconveniences. The breakfast was good although at times there seemed to be too few staff and we had to wait for coffee and food items.

I loved my room. I came with another person who booked it. But I loved talking to Chuck. Very friendly guy. Deedee is an awesome cook. She definitely has won me over. I plan on coming back next winter. Wisconsin winters are miserable

We have visited Foley House Inn numerous times in the past. This Inn was the ONLY place we wanted to stay when visiting Savannah. Imagine our intense surprise when checking in (thank goodness Chuck is still there) and found out that the port that used to be available to guests and the homemade pastries were no longer available. The furniture was rearranged in the living room to be not inviting. We relished the times we had sat there in the past sipping port and meeting and talking with the other guests. This simply was not inviting. The breakfast was what a person could expect if staying at a low budget motel. No longer was there a menu to choose homemade wonderful meals from. When we choose to stay somewhere, we prefer to stay at Inns and Beds and Breakfasts because the attention to individual detail from the owners show they value our staying with them. It is the little amenities and touches that bring us back. Our room was a disappointment from times past (see photos). The sofa was worse than thread bear - we simply could not sit on it there was no cover left to sit on - threads and strings dangling to the floor. The fireplace that we had used previously to keep cozy had been gutted. We had booked 2 days, but left after the first day. Very disappointed and disgusted - we will not be back.
