I used to frequent Flyers Grove City once a week, sometimes twice. The service was great and I was always very satisfied with the food. However, the last few times I have visited, I have not been impressed. This last time (today) especially. I ordered Italian sub lunch combo. The sandwich had wrong/missing toppings, and the sandwich itself was downright pathetic. Probably one of the saddest sandwiches I had ever seen actually (see pictures). The amount of toppings on it was laughable and it was like eating two slices of bread. Not only that, but they forgot my cookie to add insult to injury. I really used to love going here, and had been doing so for years, but if this downward trend continues, I'll unfortunately have to find a new "go-to" place 📉 😔

This was my first time having pizza from Flyers. It was delicious, the thick crust was the best that I have had since moving to Columbus last year. The crust was chewy and had the consistency like a breadstick. The sauce was sweet with a little spice. There could have been a little more cheese used, but it was still good.

Very disappointed!  As if no one noticed special requests.  SLIMY CANNED MUSHROOMS, YUCK!  I don't know anyone that would want a slimy mushroom atop crispy lettuce or anywhere else for that matter.  Typically salads consist of fresh veggies, not canned.  The salad tasted like NOTHING.  No difference in taste between the eggs, lettuce, mushrooms, or cheese.  The ONE thing that could have given it some flavor was completely omitted - RED ONION!

We never complain, but we called tonite Saturday 1/18/24, to order a small pepperoni and cheese and a 6 inch Italian sub, the guy who answered the phone was not very friendly. I had to keep repeating myself, but once I got the order turned in we go and pick it up. The guy who gave us our order was the same person or took our order. He was very rude not friendly at all. He opens the window and just stood there looking at us didn’t say a word so we gave our name he rolled his eyes like we were a burden. Remind you we were trying to be nice and ask how his day was stuff like that small talk. But nope he took our money and handed us our food and closed the window and walked off. We was wanting plates, napkins and cheese but didn’t get any of it. I work in the restaurant field we all have bad days but I don’t show it to my customers and I would never ever be rude like he was.
Flyers I always order from your guys and have never had a bad experience like this ever. If I don’t get a response from this I will be calling the store tomorrow to talk management

Only my second time visiting a Flyers Pizza place. Quick service, very clean environment, friendly employees and great work environment also.
My pizza was ready in the time frame they said it would be in. The pizza itself was very good and tasty!!

Staying at an Airbnb and our host recommended Zamarellis or Flyers Pizza. Flyers has a few tables outside so we chose Flyers over Zamarellis. We ordered 2 large pizzas--The Bomber and the Old World Pepperoni with extra cheese. They do a square cut. I have never seen a pizza covered with toppings loaded that much. It will be hard to eat other pizzas now. Great flavor, ingredients were fresh. They had about 10 staff working. It was busy and they said it's busier on Weekends. Staff friendly. Staff seemed like they were working as a team and got along. Great job!!!!

Old world pepperoni is first class,real ingredients, friendly staff. Sure, you can go to Domino's and get 2 pizzas for less than flyers sells one. But it's not comparable.id rather pay 20 bucks for a real pizza. Best pizza in grove city without a doubt
