Great burgers, clean environment, and fast service!
Five Guys is a fantastic spot for a delicious, made-to-order burger. It offers a unique combination of fast food efficiency with a sit-down restaurant feel. My food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. The bathrooms were spotless, and there's ample parking available.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, exactly what you'd expect from Five Guys. During my visit, the weather was beautiful, making the all-window dining room even more enjoyable. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stop by!

Pretty decent fries and burgers. The price is the main thing that keeps it from being 5 stars.
They weren't busy when we got there, food came out quickly and hot. Order was correct.
Thought it was odd they had free peanuts lol

Besides the fact that you have to get a second mortgage to get a meal here, it's okay. However, the cost just keeps going up and you're dang near at a price point of just going to a steakhouse and getting a burger. Fries are still good. Service. Pretty crappy mostly just because of the angry and indifferent attitude of the staff behind the counter

Burgers were just okay. Fries were good and tons of them for being a small. Had free peanuts in shells. Don't know if it is a Georgia thing or everywhere, but that was very nice.

Service should be fired. Just now the girl inside shouted at me when I asked for my order status, after every person that walked in after me got their food before me and I had a small order scheduled for pick up. When I first walked in, they said three minutes on my order. After everyone else got their food and I’m still standing there the girl looked at me three times didn’t say a word. So when I walked up and asked if my order coming, she shouted at me “I didn’t know you had an order,” In front of another customer that was standing at the counter. Why else would I be standing inside a five guys waiting at the counter? I reported it to corporate. I have never encountered someone do this and she should be fired for behaving that way in front of two customers. The manager saw it happen and I’m pretty sure she’s the one who let my order get lost in the shuffle and forgotten so she didn’t even apologize to me for the girls behavior or admit she made a mistake. She didn’t say anything to the girl for shouting, just handed me the food. Please just replace them with robots. I’m never eating at 5 guys again after this. There are plenty of other burger places that I don’t have this horrible memory associated with.

My wife and I got a small hamburger, small cheeseburger, small drink and small fries. Plenty of food for the two of us. Burgers were excellent. Juicy and tasty. I am so so about their fries but the wife likes them a lot. There were actually more fries in the bottom of the bag than the full fries container so small is not really small. Not cheap. $29 for the order.

Only complaint is I did an online order and I assume it should be easy to read but I had missing condiments on my burgers and the meat was overcooked like burnt edges. As much as the food costs I do expect better quality and accuracy.
