They did my wedding and it was just perfect. Andrea helped with the cake, and it was beautiful and tasted amazing! I got buttercream with 3 layers: lemon/blueberry (the best), banana, and funfetti with vanilla! So good! The food was phenomenal, everyone loved it. It was chicken Parmesan with Dimi glaze, potatoes and corn, salad and bread. Everyone LOVED IT. The staff was so kind and Daniel (chef) was amazing and so kind. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

First We Eat did the catering for our wedding venue at Kingan Gardens. Every single thing was delicious! The best wedding food I have ever had and our guests loved the food as well.

For appetizers we had Florentine stuffed mushroom and Vegetable crudite with pesto hummus.
Everyone loved the stuffed mushrooms!

For the main course we had Cod with Lemon Dill Sauce, Chilled Gazpacho Couscous and Beef Bourguignon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, the cod was a massive hit!

We asked for tabbouleh for salad and they nailed it!

I can’t say enough about how amazing and easy they were to work with. All of the staff were amazing and professional.

It’s been almost a year for our wedding and people still talk about the amazing food they had!

First We Eat did a phenomenal job catering our wedding- from the experience with doing our tastings, to the care they took in ensuring I could eat everything I wanted on my wedding day despite having an allergy to both gluten and dairy, to their provided servers and coordinator, they went above and beyond.

The food itself was incredible; one of our friends who is a professional chef was blown away by the quality and flavor. Almost every guest we spoke to was absolutely floored by how amazing it was! As an Italian family, food is such an important part of life, and we are so grateful to First We Eat for giving us such a wonderful culinary experience.

First We Ear catered our wedding! They did an amazing job, Andrea was quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Our tasting went well, we just wish we were able to try the sides because we probably would have chose differently. Everyone liked the food and they were extremely helpful with set up and clean up. They had the audacity to serve this meal for $3,000. I contacted them but they didn’t have the decency to respond. It’s a shame that Z Mansion requires you to utilize their catering services. This was definitely not the meal we taste tested.

First We Eat really came through for my wedding. We had a unforeseeable situation come up with my original caterer. They helped me coordinate with First We Eat for my 150 person wedding. They kept my menu the same and kept within my original budget. The dinner they catered was amazing! All of my guests loved their entrees and I couldn't be happier with their full service. The food was delicious and their servers attentive. They went above and beyond to make my wedding wonderful.

My husband and I recently got married and First We Eat did the catering for our venue (Kingan Gardens). Every single thing was DELICIOUS. The best wedding food I have ever had and our guests loved the food as well. We did a beef and mashed potato dish and gnocchi for the main course, ceviche and artichoke dip for cocktail hour. They also catered churros as part of our dessert table and they were so wonderful. I can’t say enough about how amazing and easy they were to work with. We used Fresco pizza as a late night snack and it was a huge hit. All of the staff were amazing and professional. If we ever have another event we need catered, we would definitely use them again!

We had an amazing experience with this company, they catered our wedding at Z Mansion. Communication and tasting were spot on, Andrea made sure to answer any of our questions. The food was delicious, and all our guests loved it. I was told by several guests, that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Thank you!
