This one the mgr and employees were extremely nice . He was very helpful with the app . I had been to another location no one knew how to use it. Thank you so much. And food was delicious. We don't have 1 in our area I drove extra to this one location..50 min away..yes worth it.

I guess I should have looked at others' reviews first. This would be laughable if I didn't purchase a $15 sandwich (note: this was 50% off, thankfully, but not even worth anywhere near the $7 and change that I did spend).

App order (to go). I didn't ask for lettuce, but I guess they were trying to add more of something between the bread?

Taste was OK at best. Staff was friendly, though my interaction was brief.

First, I have been to this establishment several times and have NEVER had bad service. 9/22 was an exception. We had a baseball tournament and were in the sun all day. We placed 2nd and were ready to celebrate. We had terrible service at a pizza shop down the street and chose to leave and head to the ole trusty Fire House subs. Well, it just ended up not being my night. After waiting 1.5 hours for service at the pizza shop and starving we made out way to Firehouse. Well, the food came out quick. It was awful and not cooked thoroughly. Took the food back and everyone was awesome. Apologized and stated they were still training. Offered to give it another shot. We passed as the night was already a mess. However, the fact that they were so cool and stuff happens made up for it. I have been back since. Love firehouse and even their worst service beats the competitions best days! Thank you Firehouse!

Great subs and amazing deals in the app. When using the app orders are ready and waiting. Employees are always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Horrible experience recently at this location. Our orders were incorrect thr staff were messing up multiple customers orders while we dined here. When we got our food, that was still made inaccurate. We didn't want them to fix it because of the type of attitude ms that were being given by staff. The restaurant dinning area climate was very hot, humid and uncomfortable. Overall it has been sometime since last eating at a Firehouse Subs and I did not miss it. I can't recommend this location to anyone.

This was formerly a 5 star review, but the latest experience left much to be desired. I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was a New York Streamer. Where's the meat? Even the bread wasn't as fluffy as it used to be. The flavor was at least there, but the portion size is terrible. Stuff like this just pushes customers away.

I went in about 5ish in the evening yesterday to pick up an online order and the girl working there was really lovely. She sincerely greeted and chatted with me for a second but I didn't get her name. I thought it was nice enough that I hope she gets recognized (:
