My son and I go to Firehouse Subs every couple weeks, we usually go to the location on Old Spanish Trail, but were in the area shopping. We ordered our food and waited about 15 minutes for it to come out, I then checked the bag to make sure it was correct before leaving. The Au Jus was missing from my French dip, and my sons sandwich had everything on it, when I'd asked for items to be removed. When I walked up to the counter to tell the employee about the onions and tomatoes on the sandwich, her response was "are you sure?". I was taken aback and said yes, I'm sure. She said that she would remake it, I then opened my French dip and the meat was cold. I requested my money back, we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes as we had already been there for 20 and take the chance of it being wrong again.

I've never had a problem at any Firehouse Location before, so I was really surprised.

I got my refund and we went straight to the other location, which is a pretty far drive to get correctly made sandwiches. But as always we had a great meal there!! Also the employee took my phone number after giving me a refund, I'm not sure why, as she didn't tell me any reason for this.

I definitely will avoid this location in the future, it's one of the better food choices in this area. But not worth the chance of having a bad experience.

The customer service was superb!! Your staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my daughters gluten-free needs. She gave us 2 extra meatballs for the kids meal because my daughter can't have bread. That gesture will keep me coming back, even if we don't get extra meatballs every time. It shows the lost art of customer service in the food industry.

I loved the service here. Analyse and Cassandra bought the food to our table. I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken and it was delicious. The manager even came to our table to make sure our food was good which I thought was also nice. They really pay attention to service.

Okay, I have been here 2.. maybe 4 times.. To be honest, I don't remember, but everyone has great customer service. always nice and greeting everyone. The place is clean! And pretty quick to order and hand out the food.. prices I would say are fair... considered other sub places, but I would definitely recommend this place if you have tried it..

Their sweets are very sweet, so just a warning if you enjoy cookies and brownies, there's are pretty good...

It is kinda pricy, but it's nice that it technically gives back to fire fighters with each sub you purchase, so that's cool.. I am updating figured it needed it since I had no photos, haha

I sure wish there was a Firehouse Subs near me! First time at this location, but have had their subs a couple other times. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. I had the Hook and Ladder sub with the loaded baked potato soup and a drink. The sandwich was fantastic! Like, seriously good. The soup was good, but just good. Maybe a little on the bland side, but still tasty and worth getting. Honestly, you wanna know what my favorite part of this meal was? That dang dill pickle that comes on the side!!! I know that sounds a little weird, but wholly smokes was it tasty.
Would definitely recommend this place. There aren't any close to me or I'd be a regular for sure.

I orderd a small cuban sub and it was literally 2 inches long. By far the worse experience ive had while dinning out. I had to go look for something else to eat because i was starving after that meal. I do not recomend this place to anyone. What a joke this place is.

Firehouse is a 5 star sub shop. I am familiar with Firehouse Subs from Florida and I am glad to see that Tucson does it as well or better. I tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket instead of my usual Hook & Ladder and WHOA!!! This sandwich was wonderful and tasty. Like a warm hug from an old friend.
The dining area was clean and open and the bathroom was well maintained. So happy to have a Firehouse here for the Tucsonan's to enjoy.
