My brother did an online order and I went to pick it up around 8. This was a first time ever going to a firehouse subs, I had to wait only a couple of minutes which I did not mind . Lily was the one taking care of my order and she was really kind and very quick/efficient in taking care of the order. The food was hot and really good! I don’t know if you guys do anything for the people who are going above and beyond the customer service expectation but she deserves a pat on the back at the very least. Thank you Lily!

!!!!! So I ordered my meal online & what a disappointment . 😔 $14 for this They literally just gave me toasted wheat w/ slap of tuna & provolone cheese. There was Nothing else on it.I should have checked my order before I left. Don’t get me wrong I like this location. I’ve eaten here before numerous times. I don’t what went wrong tonight. Maybe staff was rushing because it was 30mins before closing 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love these subs, they are way better than other sub places, however every time I come here they take, what seems like forever to make them. Maybe they take so long because they are made with love and you can’t rush love. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

So we come here regularly. This store. But I can’t stay quiet anymore. I get a pickle every single time and I request every single time to not have on. They still give me One. This time the pickle was double the Zoe of the sandwich ON the sandwich. I don’t understand. This has been happening for over 3 years now.

The Mac and cheese was half full 5 dollars for like 20 bites. They need training and new management. So dissappointed. Love their sandwiches.

Firehouse, we can all tell you’ve been cutting the pickles thinner and packing sandwiches lighter. Shrinkflation is lame. Be better, y’all ain’t exactly cheap $$$ wise to begin with. . . 🧐🤨

This was our first visit to Firehouse Subs but it won't be the last! Excellent service, hardly any wait time, and the food was great! Their Italian salad with grilled chicken was packed with meat! My husband's Club on a Sub was perfectly toasted and stacked with meat as well. The price was very reasonable!

Absolute joke. We ordered 3 small and 1 medium sub, and got home to find it was actually 3 child's size and a small. I called them to find out when they made the change in their sizes and they blatantly lied and said they've always been this way. As the picture shows, this is what they consider $40 worth of 3 "small" and 1 "medium" subs. They literally reportioned their established sizes, reducing them up to 50%.
