Food was delicious.
Renee was incredible. She was professional and pleasant. I called after getting home because one of my subs were not made correctly. Which I realized I forgot to put no mayo, for that sub on an online order. She still pleasantly asked if she could redo it for me. Though I said, no it's my fault. She said she would be more than happy too. Great customer service. Even when I returned to pick up my remake. They were slammed for dinner, still she was professional and pleasent to everyone she encountered.

I ordered online and 2 large BBQ Brisket sandwiches with extra BBQ sause, and an extra pickle, but it's not what I received, our sandwiches had little meat, no cheese, barely any BBQ sauce or mayo. I feel these are too expensive to not put at least the normal stuff in the sandwich. I would just warn before leaving the restaurant check your order, even if they seal the bag. I would had added a pic but unable to post.

Renee was flat out rude. He made us feel like we were interrupting his day.

One family was already sitting eating when we arrived. Fifteen minutes to get two subs.

Many employees were cleaning when we got our food. Renee decided to sweep and mop around our table as we began to eat. Nice having someone's back end in your face as you eat.

Food was great and restaurant was clean. Customer service is not present at this location.

Will mess up your order every time after you have already waited 20 min for a sandwich. Decided to go again because i was hungry and messed my sandwiches up twice , i told them just give me a refund done with this place. Youll wait even when they are not busy also never any ice in the soda machine . 0 stars

Normally this location is great, but ordered a pick up last night. One sandwich ordered no mustard for my girlfriend and it was like EXTRA mustard. Couldn’t even scrap it all off. I got the new sandwich and they didn’t put either sauce on it or the red pepper flakes. Way to go with the new sandwich.

INTERSTATE DRIVERS BEWARE!!!
This is the worst firehouse I've EVER been to in the entire country. We couldn't use our points or app, the staff is beyond rude including the manager, all of the drinks we wanted were out (we paid over $13 for 3 combos that we couldn't use), they are out of sauces (even the lame rinky-dink post-COVID choices), and to top it all off the parking lot is a one-way NIGHTMARE that you can't navigate. You have to wait on the drive thru/togo traffic just to get around to the parking area. The place was filthy all around and needs to be cleaned. The tables are messy and they don't care. JUST SAY NO AND KEEP DRIVING!!!!!

Seems like this location has some enough help; most of the staff are friendly and helpful; a couple of them pay more attention to their phone than customers and the store; but hey I think that is the generation we live in
