By far the worst experience and food I've ever had at any Firehouse Subs. The brisket was nothing but fat. There were 2 pieces of said fat on my sandwich. The place stank like nasty peppers all over. Doesn't help that I'm allergic to peppers. Husband's food was just as bad. He couldn't taste anything but horseradish on a sandwich he's had many times and never had horseradish on them before. Drinks were flat. Do NOT recommend

Ordered and paid for a New York steamer with double meat. As you can see by the pictures, the meat wasn't doubled. Sandwiches were sloppily put together. Order a pastrami sandwich and an extra pickle. Didn't receive any pickles. Tried to call the store 5 times with no answer. Not going back.

My wife is possibly more in love with their Thanksgiving Turkey sub than me. I've had the Hook and Ladder, the Captain"s Club, and now the Cajun Chicken (spicy). I just tried their chili too. I think that is a genuine chili recipe from a Firehouse. That was good stuff. Firehouse is not as freakingly fast as Jimmy John's and they don't offer wraps so far. They take their time and toast the bread and appear to steam heat the meat. The sandwiches are good and hearty. Expect to spend more than you do at Subway, but you get more. Price wise they are competitive with Jimmy John's. I've got to have more of that chili. Wendy's had my favorite fast food chili, but they've been dethroned now. However, there will still be the times when I want to sit down with a decent burger and a not bad bowl of Chili. So far we've just done carry out and not dined-in, I want to some time so I can take advantage of their hot sauce bar. That's kind of unique.

First time at this location and loved it! Was really clean and Weston, Ethan, and Chris were super personable and helpful. Food tasted really fresh, we got the spicy cajun chicken and an italian sandwich. Bread was really soft and so was the lemon cookie. Would definitely recommend!

We love firehouse subs and have been eating it for maybe a year . This is our first time at this location and I don’t think I’ll be back to this store . I ordered in store . I found a hair in my sub . I asked the cashier for a refund or if it could just be remade, because like I said I love the food mistakes happen. But I was given the response of “it’s one or the other you can’t have both” and it was said with the intention of being rude .

We’ve had Firehouse Subs in other locations and had great experiences/food but this unfortunately was not one of them. Poor customer service, employees with headphones in, and a 45-60 min wait for sandwiches. It was not a busy time of the day (mid-afternoon), so there doesn’t seem to be a good excuse for such intensely slow service for simple sandwiches. We do not plan to return.
