I had some catering orders for Walton Orthodontics , and Robert, the manager, and his staff did a fantastic job for us! They took care in making sure the allergies I had listed were taken care of and they had it ready right on time. They also organized it in a way where I could do my lunch deliveries in order so I didn’t have to search for the food for each office I stopped at. The food was great, the service was super friendly and I will definitely call them again for out office needs and also with my family! Thank you Firehouse Subs for your awesome help!

The service was fantastic quick and the food was delicious with that said I asked for a side of mayonnaise and I was handed prepackaged mayonnaise. I’m not a fan of this product so I asked the girl can I please have the mayonnaise that they use for sandwiches, like if she could use use in a little cup to go, which I could see the little plastic ramekins sitting on the counter with the lids And she said no I can’t do that the last time I did that the owner yelled at me and I said I’m sorry can you please repeat that and she said we’re not allowed to do that the owner yelled at me for doing it I responded. It’s not OK for anybody to yell at you in your place of work. As an owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for yelling at a young girl who is probably working for minimum wage making sandwiches to pad your bank account. I won’t be back to this location and I’m going to find out who the franchise owner is and I’m going to make sure that I don’t go to any of the locations that he owns! You want to be a jerk and treat your staff like garbage….thats not ok!

The staff appeared quite overwhelmed and stressed on the day I visited. The manager, an older white male, seemed just as stressed and frustrated. He frequently spoke with the staff, but it often seemed like he was talking at them, not with them. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich, which was delicious, but smaller than expected given the price. This was my first visit, and to be honest, I'm unlikely to return. It's unfortunate because I admire their support for first responders, which is one of the commendable aspects of this place.

Had a great experience when dealing with Rob. He was extremely responsive and customer focused. He was able to help me which was even more challenging as my ask was for a transaction that took place over a month ago. I greatly appreciated the help!

Every time we order delivery, it is always wrong or has missing items. Our order today was missing a side, drink, and all pickles.

The food is great but they can't deliver a correct order to save their lives.

We stopped into grab a few sandwiches an we saw an employee lift his hat tucked in his hair an not once did he bother to wash his hands an continued working I asked the person who was helping us that was very nasty an we did not want him fixing our food want him making our food he said he would talk to him about it but you walk rite by a sink an don't wash your hands he needs improvement in his hygiene an wash your hair!! Not going back AGAIN Disgusting

I ordered 100 worth of subs and 2 soups for my kid who has been sick all week. They could not find the ability to give the soups to the delivery driver and they sit there on the counter. They offered no assistance to me. The only thing my kid can eat and now I have to order from elsewhere as I can't leave the kid who is extremely sick. Maybe make sure an order is correct before it leaves for delivery. I will never order from here again.
