The wife and I saw the French dip sandwich on T.V. It looked so good, we drove to Firehouse to get it. The place was very clean, the service was good. Most of the drinks were out, the pickles were old and slimy the sauce was salty. The sandwich itself was good. We were disappointed with our visit. We probably will not eat there again. I hope your visit is better than ours.

When the food is made correctly it’s great, however that few and far between. I’ve eaten here maybe 4 times and at least 4 of those visits I’d specify to not put certain ingredients on it and they were still out on there. They’ve also either forgotten Au Jus completely or just don’t have it the two times I tried that sandwich.

I have eaten at a few Firehouse locations this one ,well they didn't ask what type of bread did you want,it was made sloppy with no lettuce, tomato.

Philly sub is so good! I've been. Hooked on this place the past few months. They ha e a drive thru so you don't even have to park and come in. They were fast, the food was awesome and the sweet tea was perfect!

I have ordered number times from Firehouse Subs and they can’t or won’t include a pickle or napkins in my order (s). This makes 3-4 times that this has happened. The food is always good. It makes me wonder how much the pickles and napkins actually cost this business. I know some people don’t like pickles but I do, especially Firehouse’s. Napkins are just a common courtesy, especially with food being so expensive now.

Overall the store is clean and neat, the subs we ordered were well made. One issue Firehouse Subs need a to address is that they give 1st responders a discount but not military service personnel and King Bay Naval Base is right down the street standing by and ready to defend all Americans not just local Americans, our service should be just as appreciative as First Responders who also do a great job.

The Italian sub was pretty good I would get again without the mustard. The meatball sub is the MB you’ll get anyway!
