The staff needs better training on recognizing when people are standing at the online order area they are waiting for their order and need some help. I seen all 3 of the staff behind the counter look at me but no response. Had to go up to the main counter after waiting 10 minutes and seen my sandwich was up there the whole time. I get you guys want to protect people from just grabbing the food but at the same time, you are wasting other peoples time.

Walked into a clean restaurant. The employee was friendly. My order was made pretty quick. Over all a great experience!
The sub looked amazing! 10 out of 10. The flavor was ok. I give it a 5 out of 10.
I will be going back and trying a different sub for sure!
I highly recommend this firehouse!

Firehouse is an awesome restaurant. The subs they serve are delicious and the variety is much better than other sandwich shops. The service was great too. I had a girl named Abby and she was the perfect cashier. She was so nice to every person and just made everyone smile. She also suggested a delicious sub and made it super quick too!

I come here two times a week and the staff is frustrating. They spend alot of time chatting and much of that time they aren't working on orders.

I'll order 15 min before I head there and when I get there they haven't started the order. Too, they can't don't seem to see NO ONIONS on my orders. Maybe they pay less attention to talking about person stuff and pay a little more attention customer orders.

Such an easy concept quality customer service is but lack of care blows it every time.

While food is good, it's not worth the hassle. MUST only use app to use points, but with minimal internet connection you cant use the app. shift manager said there is nothing they can do. Waste of money when you can't even use the rewards. Love the company and what they do (seen it first hand), but will not be supporting them at this location any more.

Very happy with my experience here. Very attentive and friendly staff. The food Is excellent! Much better than other sandwich shops. The selection is varied and there are many to choose from depending on your taste. The location sits near a mountain and right near the highway for easy access. I will be returning
