The staff could use a bit more training. As they were angry that we came in before they closed. They were quick to tell me they were closing and not happy when I wanted to place the order anyway.

I always enjoy firehouse subs. The staff was very friendly today! I am very close to 5 stars and wish I could do 4.5, the food is amazing! The section that is no longer being utilized over by the drink machines could give a cleaner appearance. That is my biggest concern. I will review this review the next time I come in!! This is the hook and ladder.

Employee was hateful. I arrived early so she told me to leave and wait 10 minutes before returning. The store was to open only 4 minutes later. She allowed others to enter early and order. Meatball sandwich was dry. Meatballs burnt.

A little bummed! We usually enjoy their subs very much.. I decided to try a salad this time. I ordered the Italian salad and we got home and there was no dressing with the salad and no salami on the salad either.. Otherwise the sandwich was good..

I just left with my food and I was very impressed with it. The staff was great and the food was awesome. I will be back for sure, plus a portion of my order will go to the local fireman for equipment and stuff.

This place has a GREAT Crew. Highly recommend the Hook and Ladder fully involved with some Captain Sorenson sauce.
