Based the list options of Food, Service, and Atmosphere I am compelled to give this location a single star. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, with a very rude attitude towards guests. To top it off my sandwich was absolutely disappointing.

HOT SAUCE BAR IS BACK!!!! This is a firehouse GameChanger. I don’t know what happened, but Firehouse on Baseline and Val Vista is back to its original deliciousness. Somehow the service and the food had been declining in 2024 to the point I stopped eating there. Firehouse sub is my absolute favorite sub place so I was really sad. I don’t know what it was, but the food didn’t taste good anymore, the sandwiches were soggy, and it seemed like quality of food and service were in the dumps. But DANG am I glad I went back last week because they’re BACK BABY! The food was amazing! The service was exquisite! It reminded me of my first time at firehouse sub back in 2006!! Everyone needs to go back and eat here, you will not be disappointed.

This was the first time I've been to firehouse subs and I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and definitely a step up from subway. It does cost quite a bit more but I felt the food quality made it worth it for the most part. However the wait time was the disappointing part.

Went there in person to place a takeout order and waited 20 minutes without my order being made. I eventually asked for a refund and left.

They apparently had many online orders in the queue ahead of me but people physically at the location waiting should take precedence over online orders as it is ridiculous to make someone sit there for 20 minutes for a takeout order without any kind of time estimate. If I knew I would have had to wait 20 minutes I would have just left and gotten food somewhere else, which is likely why they don’t give you one.

Very disappointed...just stopped in for a quick lunch...no staff greeting...no one working the order counter...kiosk for ordering which were difficult...we left! We love the location near our home...won't be back to this location!

came here at 8 for some food. great customer service by wyatt but the blonde with the janky lip filler was so rude and treated wyatt really bad, yelling at him and being rude to this poor guy. thank you wyatt and sorry you have to deal with a evil witch.

Terrible Firehouse Sub franchise owned by Wendy. After speaking with manager how food didn't look like enough meat and the cheese was not cheese but was in the steamer and clumps yet a cold bun. We ordered the meal combo and I asked for a refund. She only gave us minus the drinks and chips-refunded, and she said bc we opened them. It was our intent to eat with the delicious sandwich. A good owner/ manager would credit the entire meal. The food we returned after waiting 20-mins and after a 35.00 dollar food bill I only got 24.00 dollars back. Go to San Tan Firehouse Subs in Gilbert vs this one- you'll get better service and more meet on your sub.

The meatball sub was an absolute masterpiece. Will definitely return and have been bragging about it all night. Not soggy. Took about 10 mins. Went at about 4:45 on a Tuesday. It was very clean
