This is my favorite Firehouse in the valley! The store is always clean and I’m always greeted by staff upon walking in. So glad to see Tatianna is back! She knows just how I like my Italian I don’t even have to tell her! I drive out of my way to this location because they treat me like family 🫶🏻

Been going to this Firehouse Subs location for a while and had to write a review. I am blown away by the exceptional customer service. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch. He treats you like his best friend and he is the reason I keep going back there. The subs were delicious, as always, but the outstanding service really made my visit special! Highly recommend this location!

Firehouse is one of the better sandwich chains. I usually get the meatball or brisket and cheddar sandwich and they always come out hot. I sometimes have to wait to eat the meatball because it’s so hot so I don’t burn my mouth. This restaurant is always clean, the employees are nice, and it usually isn’t too busy, at least during dinner time.

Update: food is still good and restaurant still clean, but lately the employees have made it not fun to come here. I get the vibe that they don’t want to be there and don’t really care.
