We loved the firehouse theme throughout the whole restaurant. The bun was fresh and warm. And our sandwich was delicious! Totally loved the fresh crunchy dill refrigerator pickle! Would love to see a whole one next time! We've never eaten here before, but will be coming back again. So much enjoyed our lunch. Come check it out sometime! They do good work!

It's not bad better then subway
It will cost more 💰 didn't taste any difference in Jamaica jerk turkey to regular turkey the sweet mustard is very good

Came to order a few subs. Was served by Christal. She was ok at first, but became very careless and wasn't even providing any guidance for questions I had about the subs. Really seemed like she didn't want to be there today. I would love to support because I don't do Firehouse Subs often, but not with this kind of attitude. They even missed an item on my order which costed more time while planning on attending a business meeting. Needed an extra bag and when I requested it, she literally threw it at me.
Zero sense of customer service or servitude. Needs to do better.

Stopped at Firehouse Subs on our way back from a staycation in Phoenix with my family. Everything was delicious, and the service was great. A perfect stop for a quick, tasty meal!

I love eating here, their subs are delicious and much better and cheaper than Subway. Every time I come to eat here, the place is always clean and the people are nice. If you love eating subs, I recommen eating here, you get great food and help out our fire fighters.

The price on the menu board behind the counter for a large Italian sub was $2.50 less than the register price, and the firehouse subs cashier would not honor the price that was clearly stated on the menu board. I contacted firehouse subs corporate and they wouldn't do anything either through email as you cannot contact them directly.
Crappy customer service to say the least,
firehouse subs can do better.
I'm not coming back!
