Ordered the French dip sub and another sub through delivery. Didn't get the au jus sauce for it. Called them they told me yes we didn't send it. Okay why that's the whole point of that sub!!!!

Overall I like Firehouse. But this time I ordered a medium sub and they tried to give me a small...then they argued and said it was my fault. I had to pay $3.80 more for a medium. Why was I penalized for their error? That's just bad business. By losing a good customer, it has cost them alot more than $3.80.

They are having a promotion right now, and on certain days, they are giving out free subs if your name begins with a certain letter. Today was the letter of my name. I ordered the spicy Cajun chicken sub, and my husband got the BBQ Cuban sub. Both of them were very tasty 😋 😍 I also like the fact that as soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are welcomed with a friendly greeting.
