Had a nice lunch. Logged in to scan my purchase and then check the app after and my 30,000 points were gone. Really Firehouse? We endure a faulty app for months and months and then you update it and take all my points. This may be my last visit.

The Turkey with provolone. Lettuce.tomato is my fave on white..delicious bread!! My daughter got the meatball which I have tried b4 very good. Now the potato soup is the absolute best! Very creamy..right size of potatoes and the temperature isnt scorching its just perfect.

The cashier greeted me when I walked in the door and it seemed like a good place. I liked the menu and was able to order the sub without going through a lot of options and the person taking my order was friendly. They let you donate the coins rounding up to the next dollar to help firemen. They brought the hot Firehouse Meatball sandwich out to me quickly and it was very good.

Went for National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. Dining in. Had a medium New York Steamer on wheat. Upgraded to Mac & Cheese. Sandwich was tasty. Only 2 bread choices: white & wheat. M&C was a little watery and not much flavor. Sweet tea was very good. Dining room clean. Wi-Fi was speedy. I'd go back.

This location of firehouse subs were quick to make our hot subs (Hero & steak and cheese) and it came out delicious! The chicken and dumpling soup we got was watery and not like all the other times when we got it at other locations. So maybe no chicken and dumpling soup from this location lol.

Absolutely disgusting sandwich. Bread disintegrated and the sandwich turned into slop. Ordered a club sandwich and spent $20 just to throw it in the trash. Save your money and go LITERALLY ANWHERE ELSE.
