We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, who accommodated our many changes and requests for our wedding catering. We were a fully vegan menu, and we wanted to have a pizza station. Which they went above and beyond to have set up early before the ceremony and they personally made the pizzas right on sight for our guests. The staff even helped to set up our decorations and tables in between the ceremony and reception. They were very understanding when we had to decrease the number of guests we originally quoted. My only set back is that I specifically asked for black and gold plates and utensils, and they provided white and silver.

Stephanie was great to work with! I felt very comfortable with the company and they even made my Christmas hot chocolate bar come to life beautifully. The food was great and everyone was talking about what a hit our taco bar was! They even delivered linens early in the morning and came back and set up all the food! 10/10

Chef Ryan and Stephanie catered our wedding about 2 weeks ago. They're both so wonderful to communicate with, extremely professional, and the food is AMAZING! Once my husband tasted Chef Ryan's cooking, he told all our guests how amazing it would be leading up to the wedding. And Chef Ryan certainly didn't disappoint (even our picky guests were impressed)! They put so much care into the entire experience, I felt like I was a friend. If you need catering, stop looking and book them! And do the tasting- it's an experience well worth it! Thank you guys for an incredible wedding meal <3

Firefly catered my daughter's wedding in January. They were wonderful to work with from the quick response time (other caterers we contacted didn't even return calls or emails), to an amazing tasting, to a smooth set up, great event and full clean up. The bride and groom had very basic and simple food requests, but we really wanted to "wow" our guests something a little bit more elevated. We were struggling with ways to jazz up some of the plain food choices. Ryan and Stephanie brought some great ideas to the table and really knocked it out of the park. We got so many compliments on the food from all the guests. The charcuterie board was phenomenal! The bride and groom were very happy. Ryan and Stephanie really paid attention to details. They gave us great advice on quantities of beer and wine to purchase for the event and their estimations were totally accurate. Our event location had some challenges with fuses blowing when both the stove and microwave were used at the same time. They handled it like champs, and we had no idea of the struggle until after the event. Our venue also required us to do more clean-up in the facility than expected. I had no worries about the kitchen and could focus on everything else because they left it sparkling clean. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Firefly were very easy and amazing to work with. People were always telling me that wedding food isn’t good. But, when firefly catered to my wedding plates were left clean. The food was AMAZING. There’s a reason why they have 5 stars. Thank you for making my special day that much better!

Stephanie and Ryan were fantastic. My hubby and I planned an Italian wedding feast and Ryan worked with us to create a custom menu. The food was the best part of the wedding. Everyone that flew in for our day could not say enough about how fantastic the quality was, or how wonderful and pleasant Ryan and his staff were. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion. There is not enough stars on Google to give them for what they truly deserve.

A professional, caring caterer that provides great service and GREAT food.
They were very detailed in organizing our big event and assured everything was covered. The fruite and cheese appetizer plates were great. The entrees and deserts were plenty. Quality exceptional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this caterer! Ryan and Stephanie did an amazing low country boil for my wedding that was absolutely delicious and the talk of our guests! They also graciously handled some unexpected people like champs! So incredible!
