WOW! Chef Jones was timely, professional, and the food could not have been more perfect. We requested a Southern comfort meal for a bachelorette party welcome dinner. He delivered with multiple menu options and was quick to provide edits for dietary restrictions. Their team was friendly and the portions were so big we skipped brunch to dig into left overs! I could not recommend Fire and Ice enough. Thank you for making our vision come to life.

Fire and Ice Catering made my son’s black belt party absolutely amazing! The finger foods were delicious, beautifully presented, and a big hit with all our guests. Chef Sedale and April were WONDERFUL to work with!! From learning about their offerings to curating a special menu for our event, they were great partners each step of the way. EDITED January 2025:
After the amazing success of my husband's 70th birthday dinner last March, we hired Fire and Ice again this year for my 70th. It was absolutely every bit as awesome as last year. Excellent communication, food, service, accommodations for allergies, presentation and clean-up. We should just probably put them on speed-dial for future celebrations!

Original review from March 2024: We very highly recommend Fire and Ice Caterers. We hired them for a private chef experience and they were awesome! They helped us craft the perfect menu, they were quick to respond to questions, and they offered great suggestions. Our event, which included a four course plated meal for 12 adults and a kid-friendly buffet for the 7 young ones, came off without a hitch. The food was excellent, the service was professional, and after cooking, presenting, and serving the meal, they cleaned up everything! And pricing? Fire and Ice gave us more for the money than every other company we interviewed. Hurray for Chef Sedale and April!

Chef and his sous chef were absolutely AMAZING! We were served a 4-course meal at our writers retreat and it was truly a “chef’s kiss” experience. The food selections were well thought out and delightful. My next event will be catered by Fire and Ice!
