One of the charms of the Fiesta brand is that its dine-in locations are crafted with realistic palapas that transform the building into a living, breathing miniature world. My table, for example, was flanked by a forest of wooden columns and a thatched roof, setting the scene for what's not just a meal, but a memory.
The pollo con crema is a stunner, though it will never quite be the legend that they serve at the original Somerset location. The sauce is less liquid, and the salt is more prominent in Fall River, but it at least preserves the brotherly, savory flavor carried on by this troupe of cooks.
It also helps that the tortillas are as warm and fluffy, and the chips are as crispy and thick, as ever. The service is wonderful, and not a second passes by without genuine care for the client. The use of the wooden palapa-style roofing above the tables carries the same "indoor faraway world" vibe that I have also seen in the Somerset location; in other words, placing a building of a different style of architecture than the surrounding interior design helps to teleport customers away from the real world and adds an extra layer to the dining experience. While having windows in clear view downplays the illusion, it does little to make a dent in this pretty good venue.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Dennis was our waiter today super sweet, friendly, and attentive. He made our experience even better! This place is definitely one of my favorites, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service

Ordered the carve asada on there busiest day and want disappointed - I was told by the amazing owner Efran a couple of weeks ago to try the carne asada because I had a weak stomach and I explained why I didn’t eat Mexican food. Tonight I was totally happy with his choice and it only took 20 minutes which is not easy as I know from working the kitchen on days like this . Def gonna be a regular now ( amazing staff and they all work fast and effectively and friendly for sure ) and it was easy on my stomach- can’t wait for their new ( fiesta tequila bar in Swansea ) thanks to all of you

Ordered here for the first time and first time having a birria quesadilla. The birria quesadilla was delicious!!! The meat was fresh, juicy and tender and the ratio of the cheese was perfect. I also had the churro and even though it was good i am just personally not a fan of filled churros. Definitely would order from them again!

I visited Fiesta for the first time today and accidentally ordered my food incorrectly. Jayden and the manager were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Jayden was especially friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience so positive. The food was also amazing! I highly recommend this place—the service and quality are truly exceptional.

Fiesta restored my faith in quality margaritas! Every kind is delicious, but the new ‘spicy pineapple’ really hits. The servers are friendly, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. Their takeout/DoorDash side is incredible good too. Parking in their lot is limited, but there’s a big lot right across the road
