We ended up in a Fairmont Gold room which was an amazing space. It had its own seating area with TV in addition to a bedroom space and a massive bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The shower might have been my favorite part of the entire resort, the water pressure was amazing and they had this spray that made it smell like a spa. They had many pools, high end restaurants, bars, shops and more to keep everyone entertained and fed. While I wouldn't normally go this high end, it was nice to be pampered for once.

The holiday lights and fun holiday activities made our stay for several days at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess wonderful. With extensive decorations throughout the entire hotel property, we spent every night visiting different holiday areas. The train ride that runs throughout the property provided an easy way to see many of the lights and areas we wanted to visit when walking around. ||The Gold Floor section on the hotel property provided a restful, quiet area away from the evening light shows and music. The Fairmont Princess Gold staff provided excellent service in the lounge and helping with restaurant and other reservations. All Gold staff members were very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations so our stay was memorable. The morning breakfast and afternoon canapes in the lounge are very nice. Gold team members really focused on providing Great Customer Service!||The Plaza Bar was an excellent location for food and beverages plus experiencing the evening light shows and festive music. Servers provided great recommendations for beverages and food. ||With all the holiday lights and attractions throughout the Fairmont Princess property, guests really do not need to leave the property. The different style restaurants and bars also provided excellent options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed the golf carts hotel staff use to transport guests around the property throughout the day and evening. We look forward to returning again.

We stayed in the Fairmont Gold section and absolutely loved it! Exclusive check-in, exclusive lounge for complimentary breakfast (very good!) and appetizers and cocktails (we did not partake in these so cannot comment on them). Self-parking, so no issue going in and out during our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for 2 of us. Service was perfect! We were well taken care of! Room was very clean. The resort is massive, I'm sure we did not see it all, but what we did see was beautiful. Bourbon Steak was amazing, best meal we have had in a while! And the Plaza Bar was super fun! Our stay was in December, so very well decorated for Christmas, perfect family spot. We took shuttles to golf courses, and just had an amazing time. Thank you!

We stayed here last year for New Years. With the great memories we have we decided to make it a tradition and come back. After booking on the ALL app we decided to call in and see if we could request our old room, 4098. We were disappointed to find out that the B building was fully committed to the football event coordinators. We called again and spoke with Jack from the front desk. What an incredible that experience was, while he was empathetic to our dilemma he did not let that deter him from helping have a great experience. He gave us a suggestion to stay in Fairmont Gold in 6103 so that our baby could sleep and we could still see the fireworks. We decided to give that a go and upon arrival we were greeted by a kind and warm Corey in the valet. He summoned Cole to escort us to the Gold lounge (a big shout out to Cole, the best escort with the best suggestions on the property). We were greeted by Madison who is amazing and took incredible initiative in anticipating my wife and baby's needs. She and Brian were also incredible all around in ensuring we were having the best possible stay. I want to give a big shout out to Valentina our housekeeper and to Ryan who on our last day (very sad) escorted us from the room to our car with our luggage. We look forward to coming back every year with our son and hopefully the folks at Fairmont Gold will watch him grow each year. Thank you for everything Madison!

Was here for three nights for a work event and was impressed when we arrived with the room and grounds. But Whoever designed the place put zero thought into the floors around the rooms because the tile surfaces means the carts and luggage make the loudest sounds all day and night. The bar that is “inside” is not climate controlled so that made the evening gathering quite cold. But the kicker was the last night there was no heat in the room. My thermostat showed 60 degrees. Figured I’d just take a hot shower and start my day but there was also no hot water. No worries I’ll call the front desk I thought. When I expressed my concern I was met with a dismissive “we’re aware there was an outage at 2AM……”. No apologies or anything. I didn’t need them to bend over backwards or lay it on but an apology or something, anything would have been nice. Really soured the whole stay for me. It wasn’t an isolated incident as it seemed that our entire company experienced the same problems and some dismissive response. Ah well.

Such a beautiful stay! I stayed 5 nights for a work meeting in a sunset beach suite (room 1435). It was better than I imagined. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. I loved how cozy the bed was. The outside patio was large with a fire pit. The view was to the back of the hotel so we didn't get the pool view but we still enjoyed relaxing outside. The resort itself was immaculate and very friendly. The layout is a little confusing in the beginning but there was always a friendly staff member willing to help out or drive me in a cart to where I needed to be. The gym was decent. The hotel restaurants were delicious but a little pricey. The best part of the hotel were the greeting dogs! Nash was too cute and friendly. Overall I had a terrific stay and would highly recommend! I wish I could have stayed longer to see the completion of the entire winter village. The Christmas decorations were incredible and looked amazing at night!

Extremely large resort, which means lots of amenities, but also lots and lots of guests plus long walks across property. Overall our stay in the "Gold" section was pleasant, but failed to deliver on the high price one pays for the Fairmont Gold. The exclusive lounge area was always full the point of crowding. For example, we often had a challenge finding a place to sit together while eating breakfast. The physical space is just too small for the number of guests that have Fairmont Gold access. Partially due to this, the breakfast and snack offerings, as well as furniture in the lounge, was less generous than other Fairmont Gold lounges. ||To be clear, the Gold staff were professional and very capable, but they are being asked to do more than is humanly possible with this many guests in such a small space. Similar can be said across the resort as very good staff members were there but not nearly enough! ||The room itself was nicely appointed although the bathrooms are a bit dated. Notably the housekeeping was uneven. On the day of check in I was walking around and stepped on multiple cactus spikes! It seems clear the floor hadn't been cleaned effectively. We reported this they eventually cleaned it again, but never even got an apology! ||Important context is that out stay was at the very end of the "Christmas at the Princess" which is a huge event at the hotel that runs from early November. So staff are likely tired and needing time off after a busy holiday rush. However, if they are going to charge these prices and uphold the Fairmont experience, management needs to staff up appropriately!

We arrived at our table and the waitress was very kind, service was very slow but as you can see below they contacted me personally and addressed my concerns. They have made it right and we will try this again!
The rooms were lovely, the breakfast buffet was awesome with great service.
The lights and decor were amazing.
