My experience and countless others with El Debbie. the secretary there, yeeeesh. My opinion is that she's always "angry" about something. What a shame!

We stayed here for 4 nights the beginning of May 2022. The staff is excellent. The park is very clean. It was quiet as we weren't there during any race times. The spots are quite wide and long, chat base, with a paved patio, no table provided. The laundry room is very clean, newer machines, and quite spacious. $2 per wash and dry. Easy access to the surrounding areas. We will stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful and quiet spot on the outskirts of town. Great views of the sunset and right next to the horse track if you’re into that. Nice and clean laundry area with plenty of machines. Would be much better if they added a bathroom/shower area but it wasn't a huge deal to use my own facilities on my rig.
They had a cute fenced deck which was a great addition. Will stay here again 🙂

Good place to stay. Clean tidy and quiet. Easy to maneuver large rigs. It's out if town some but major shopping and fuel within 5 miles.
No dog area which is odd considering how many people travel with dogs. Would stay here again without question.

We have an rv that we OWN parked here and rent out occasionally...but are now getting evicted for this. Why!?!? It is OUR property that is put up for potential damage. They kicked out our guest, an elderly single woman, for NO reason. This park is trying to hard to be "exclusive", and does not have the right set up to be so stuck up.... The only amenity offered is a laundry room👏. Location is not convenient. The manager and neighbors are nosey. Get a life!

It is a clean, quiet, and friendly RV Park. All the utilities, septic system, and facilities work well and are nicely maintained. They do allow children, pets(certain breeds of dogs are prohibited), and outside lawn chairs/BBQ stuff. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and caring. Only drawbacks....not a lot of shade, not a lot of amenities(small activity center/laundromat), and some spots are very close to SR89A so that could get a little noisy. All in all it's a nice clean short or long term RV park.
