First and foremost, the service from the front desk staff, Kitchen and cleaners is superb. It is so hard especially in Savannah to find a staff full of diversity and just kind human beings. This hotel is worth every dime spent. The price is affordable, the staff is awesome and the hotel rooms are clean. The hotel staff are welcoming, the manager Kayla, and Front desk associate, Jesse I think is everyone’s favorite. But Bethany and the rest aren’t slacking in anyway. The kitchen staff, Mrs.Brenda especially treats you like you are home for breakfast. The Cleaners are so respectful and do a good job keeping this place inviting. The Night Auditor makes you feel safe and helps you feel relaxed at the end of the night. This place definitely deserves every praise, especially with all the divide going on in this world, the diverse community feel at this hotel is well needed. The price is great, people are so worried about financial problems in this world that having a place understand the average man/ woman isn’t rich in this country, we need affordable to be able to travel and keep companies employed.
Take a page from their book on how this world’s hospitality business should be headed when it comes to directions/ Play books for a humane future world. Thanks for the excellent hospitality experience. God bless

The hotel facility was excellent and the breakfast offerings good. I gave the room 3 stars only because the sheets didn't quite fit the mattress. That was the cheapest mattress pad possible and the sheets came off during both nights as the bottom sheets don't fit properly and the mattress was really soft. I thought it was a requirement that hotel mattresses have a plastic bed zip up bedbug cover on them. Maybe that isn't a requirement in Georgia.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Fairfield Inn for a weekend getaway, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I encountered issues that left me questioning the hotel's standards and practices.

Check-In Process:
The check-in process was surprisingly smooth, which led me to believe my stay would improve. The receptionist was polite, but I quickly noticed a lack of cleanliness in the lobby area. The floors were sticky giving a less-than-pleasant first impression.

Room Condition:
Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a musty odor that immediately raised my concerns. As I began to unpack, I noticed several patches of mold in the bathroom and around the windows. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained. The mold was not only unsightly but also a potential health hazard. I attempted to address this with the front desk, but they were dismissive and claimed it was ā€œjust a little moisture.ā€

Housekeeping Issues:
The following day, I had an even more alarming experience. I stepped out for a few hours, and when I returned, I discovered that some of my personal belongings were missing. I had left a few valuable items, including a small piece of jewelry and a portable charger, in the room. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the theft, but the staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation. They claimed they would investigate but provided no follow-up or resolution.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Throughout my stay, it became increasingly evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff. The common areas were poorly maintained, with trash cans overflowing and floors dirty. The pool area, which I had hoped would be a relaxing escape, was equally disappointing. It was clear that maintenance had been neglected; the pool was murky, and the surrounding area was littered with debris.

Final Thoughts:
Overall, my experience at Fairfield Inn was nothing short of disastrous. The presence of mold in the rooms and the apparent theft of my belongings were significant red flags that overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable lodging experience.

If you’re considering a stay at Fairfield Inn, I implore you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that prioritize cleanliness, guest safety, and proper maintenance. Save yourself the headache and potential health risks—this hotel is simply not worth it.

This was a mediocre hotel with fine friendly service. Clean sheets, small pillows. Needs paint and polish. And a good vacuum along the edges wouldn’t hurt. We slept soundly. |Breakfast room clean. Simple but satisfying. Thankful for the rest.

I really wanted to give a good review here. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We had 2 issues while staying one night on our trip to Florida. We checked into our room and unpacked and found the tv not working. They couldn’t resolve so we had to semi-pack and move. The young man at the desk was apologetic and helped us move. When we woke in the morning we went attempted to go downstairs and get breakfast. There was a. Malfunction with the door lock and it wouldn’t open from the inside. Thankfully my wife had exited first and could go downstairs to get help. By the time the desk clerk got back I was able to force the lock open. For some reason the deadbolt locked each time the door was shut. It took a lot of effort to get the door open that was too much for my wife. As a result, we couldn’t eat breakfast together. They offered to move us yet again but that didn’t make sense given we were leaving after breakfast. We simply took turns eating while the other sat with the luggage. We were told a manager would contact us and as of 5 days later no one has. Also be careful with the quoted rates. We were quoted one price over the phone and we were charged more when we checked out. Also beware that taxes were not quoted and added up to another $30. On a positive note breakfast was very good and the server was very good. If I get a response that changes my experience from management I’ll update this review.

Easy off of I-95 near Savannah. Lots of services right alongside the hotel. Great staff, warm, helpful and trying to keep a well maintained and comfortable Fairfield Inn. Beds are comfortable, linens and room clean, breakfast was varied and good quality and served with friendly attitude. Front desk checked us in promptly on a cold icy day, acknowledging our Mariott status. Hotel has a well stocked little store, guest laundry that is clean and inexpensive to use, and there is always staff on hand to help with any need you may have. Great property would stay there again without hesitation.

We were on a long drive to FL and did the usual online search for a clean, comfortable place for one night with a good rate & where we could earn hotel rewards points. So glad we found this hotel-it was everything we needed and more! Perfect location near highway but quiet, friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast to refresh us in the morning and a surprisingly low rate considering the quality. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Great hotel. Clean and modern with a friendly staff. The free hot breakfast was one of the best we have had in both quality and diversity of choices. Would recommend to anyone traveling with kids. The indoor pool was great for burning some energy before getting back on the road.
