Newer Fairfield property off I-95 near Savannah. We had a suite and was very satisfied with the room. Very clean and well kept with nice bedding. Breakfast is included and is the normal free breakfast in Marriot properties. This exit doesn't offer much choice for dining. The desk will give you a list of choices just 2 exits from theirs with multiple dining choices. It was about a 5 minute drive.| We drove into Savannah every day of our 3 day stay and it was very simple to get to the historic district from this hotel. It was about a 15-20 minute ride depending on traffic and where in downtown Savannah you were headed, and you didn't have to get back on the Interstate to get there.

I had the pleasure of staying here and I just have to say, the experience was made unforgettable Rigé at the front desk. She was the nicest, most welcoming person we've ever encountered at a hotel. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth set the tone for our entire stay. It's rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and she truly did. She deserves a raise for sure! Thank you for making our stay so special! We will definitely be returning.

The room was great. We like the fact that they're pet friendly. However, the front desk clerk was not friendly AT ALL! Not only was she not friendly but she did not do her job very well. She charged things to our card that she wasn't supposed to. Thankfully we got it all straighted out. She would not communicate with us very well because evidently she was having a personal issue and she brought it to work with her. We chose another hotel on the way back through.

While this hotel is in a great location and is an easy drive away from downtown Savannah, it has one glaring problem. This is the loudest hotel I have ever slept in. It isn't the I-95 that is the issue - it's the paper thin walls. I could hear people talking outside on the sidewalk (we were on the second floor), I could hear our neighbors lowering their toilet seats, you could hear people showering and what they are watching on television. Not only did it sound like a herd of elephants was trampling around in the room above us, but our ceiling squeaked every time they took a step. The person next to us (who knows? they could have been four rooms away) played video games all night and it sounded like it was right in our ears. It wasn't just us - eventually someone banged on their wall to get them to turn it down so clearly, we were not the only ones losing sleep. Whoever you are, thank you! Staff was nice and the rooms were reasonably clean and decorated well - just come prepared with professional grade ear plugs.

Stayed here for one night while driving. Stay was exactly as you'd expect for a Fairfield Inn. The room was clean, well laid out, with comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast in the morning was just ok, but that's par for the course at Fairfield. Close to highway so there is some noise but nothing problematic for us. Easy access to many restaurants by car. Would stay again.

Debating between giving a 3 or a 4 as a rating. The hotel is very nice-looking and newly renovated, except it looked like they neglected to put in new air conditioning units. Whenever the A/C was blasting, it was not only loud but smelled bad, like lots of musty, moldy, smelly air being blown all over the room. Finally, I turned off the A/C altogether; luckily the weather was ok so that it could be off. The mattress and pillow quality were just so-so, and there was a lot of noise from the highway nearby, not to mention 2 car alarms going off early in the morning. We could also hear people in the hallway, so overall, it wasn't a good night's sleep. I am mainly giving a 4 because the staff was nice and the place looked modern and clean. Otherwise, I would not return to this hotel.

Close hotel to airport, convenient, everyone that worked had a smile and was very welcoming. Room was clean and plenty of space appeared to be new, not outdated at all. Perfect for a stop over. Pricing was better than other options near airport would recommend.

The woman working in breakfast area is unfriendly and seems to be racist! She talks nicely to everyone except for me. Breakfast is yet to improve: coffee running out quickly without attention, and when I reminded that women she just pulled long face staring at me: oh!

Unless you are local, just grab breakfast and leave. That woman does not welcome you to sit in at all.

Otherwise I would review this marriot hotel as 5 star with front desk’s help and accommodating for a quiet room.
