The front desk gentleman - Nick - was amazing! Our family had been on the road unexpectedly and he not only was welcoming, but engaged with my dad in his quirky sense of humor, laughed at all his jokes, and made us feel right at home. Nick was a refreshing smiling face after a long day on the road. Thank you. 🙏 We should all be more like Nick.

The room I was in was nice. I loved the shower. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But out of all it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful, too.

Customer service was good, staff was polite. However was not a good stay. Pictures on Google do not match what the actual property looks like and the amenities it shows online, they do not have. There was no hot tub as pictured which was disappointing. When it comes to my room, My tv remote did not work upon arrival, asked front desk for a new one, the one that was given to me also didn’t work, they had no other additional remotes in the hotel, had to use 2 remotes just to watch tv. My bath tub did not drain properly, was filling up as I showered so my showers were quick. The thermostat did not work properly, went to turn the air on and turned it off of auto, the air would kick on and then the heat would kick on even though I did not have it set for heat. Bed was uncomfortable I don’t know if all the mattresses are the same but mine was as hard as a rock and could not get a good nights rest. Breakfast was provided however upon arrival the fridge holding the milk and other drinks had stopped working and the milk had started the go sour. Fridge was eventually replaced during my stay. Other then the kind and polite hotel staff, this was not a good stay.

Solid room. Have no complaints. Only issue is the thermostat is quite complicated. The hotel’s default setting for their rooms is to blow AC. So when you’re in the room you have to go to mode and turn on heat. I couldn’t figure it out until RIGHT before I fell asleep. Based on the other reviews I was lucky to figure it out.

If you are not tech savvy no problem. Just have a staff member set your thermostat. But be aware at 9ish am they reset back to the default aforementioned AC setting.

For starters, the front desk receptionist was very helpful. She was accommodating and kind. However, this hotel had some type of mold/water issues. I could feel it in my lungs/head as soon as I walked into both the rooms I tried to enter.. and even the hallways. I don’t know how it has such high reviews, because it was NOT “clean” like others say. It was musty, and smelt terribly like mold. There’s a newer hotel right down the road that is MUCH nicer…. I’d go there over here any day.

I went on Christmas Eve while I had a chance to get away for some peace and quiet, and it definitely fit the bill. It may very well turn into an annual trip. ||The room and facility in general were great. The breakfast was well supplied. The only thing that was amiss that the cable television system was difficult to operate if you’re not familiar with it.

We visit this hotel every year while attending a martial arts tournament. Disappointed that the hot tub is gone, but the staff is incredible, the breakfast is always delicious, and the rooms are always clean.
