1st of all there is a parking fee. That was not listed when I reserved the room. The hotel needs to renovate some areas, and they need to touch up their paint job. The hotel on the outside is very nice. All the staff were so nice at breakfast, and the front desk service was great. The breakfast food was 7/10. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. The room was nice and clean. I had to request extra bedding due to there being 5 of us, and we needed the rollout. The front desk staff were very nice and brought that up to us. I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend it to others as well. Even the hotel guests were very nice and friendly at breakfast.

It was good. Not my favorite Marriott but not too bad. The room was clean and pretty large, so that was a major plus. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. Within walking distance is a museum; a nice little locals-restaurant, a hamburger place, and a coffee shop. I may or may not stay there next time I'm in town. I do think it was a good value.

I stay at Fairfield inn & suites every 4 months to attend the nearby Parkinson's clinic the rooms are clean, safe and secured. The staff are professional courteous and have genuine concerns for your needs. A+++

Positive: Spacious; clean room and an awesome staff in a perfect location! Breakfast is solid.?lots of options. Pool and hot tub are also good. Negative: I only wish my room was a one bedroom king suite with balcony.?of course I?m just high maintenance, lol!

Convenient if you want to visit the art museum. The hotel was undergoing some renovation - the decor and room styles are still the older. Service was okay typical for Phoenix. There is a free breakfast buffet but lacks decent healthy choices - oh for some whole wheat whole grain non-sugary food. The fruit was a little pathetic.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill since our stays in early 2024. They're way behind on a renovation plan and generally the hotel feels rundown and uncared for. The location, while convenient has gotten very sketchy with a large unhoused presence. Day staff is generally friendly; the night staff very much less so in friendliness and general helpfulness. There are much better places to stay if you need to be in the area.

This hotel was in need of updating and repairing many defective parts in the room we stayed. The AC is loud and the thermostat was not accurate, the furniture is worn and damaged, the shower handle was defective and there were no movie channels on tv (without commercials). Very much an average no frills hotel with a typical hotel breakfast.

Charge for parking. The breakfast was good. Front desk staff friendly. Our view wasn't good(roof of a fast food restaurant). The bathroom needs attention -caulk in the shower had mold. Overall a decent place to stay for an event at chase field.
