Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good- alot of variety. Front desk staff on Wednesday Jan 2025 was awesome when the power went out for an hour or so. Power was out on that side of town due to the ice storm. We were offered flashlights. The front desk staff was so kind to a family that came to check in that had a child in a wheelchair. She went above and beyond. Two of the treadmills were out of order (before the power even went out). I was able to use the elliptical. My husband wished that had some hand weight to use like some other Fairfield hotels have. We have stayed at this specific hotel several times on our way to and from Florida and are always happy there.

No expectations of sleep or privacy here. Was awoken by my neighbor’s phone conversation in a normal tone at 6:30. Heard every word with utter clarity. Thank God it was only a phone call. Also only place to charge a phone or device is in the bathroom. Rundown and a bit shabby. Stay if you have to but this place has seen better days.

Stayed 2 nights in ice storm. First day everyone was wonderful. Second night a staff member opens our door in the middle of the night to see if we were still there. This is not exceptable. We were made aware that morning that the staff was checking on us Why
The check out is 12 noon. Starting at 9 numerous times we were interrupted by staff wanting to know when we were checking out. What in the world,can no one communicate with each other? Why can't they pick up the phone and call.
We are platinum elite and usually have much better experience.

It smelled like w can of Lysol covering up body odor. Would rather have slept in my car.

Could not breath in the room and had a terrible headache within 30 minutes of being in the lysol can.

Run!!

The other room smelled like a drink homeless was the last renter.

Front office manager, Alex Botello, was extremely helpful as we checked out today! She gave us great advice on booking the same room for a family member who will be staying next weekend. Clean room, comfortable stay, great service!

Stopped by here to see if they had any availability on my way to Disney. When I arrived I was disappointed/uncomfortable to hear an employee being belittled by the manger of the property. I believe the manger was named Alex. I’m not sure the whole story but it did seem a little unnecessary with her comments judging the employees appearance. I’m not sure what issues this hotel is dealing with the environment is not very welcoming. Especially when you hear a manager yelling at a poor employee.

Let me start off with when I made reservations on the phone the desk clerk sounded like he was half dead, he said he was having problems with the system but booked me. He said he would email me the info( never happened) when I got there they said there system was down and couldn’t help me, a girl came out and reiterated the system was Down and said I need a confirmation number I told her I don’t have one because they didn’t send it to me and I said I’m pretty sure it was the young guy at the desk.At that point she said it wasn’t (How would she know?) I can tell it was by his monotone . She said sine im was not sure if this was the specific Fairfield I would have to call Marriott oblate. When I got to my car I found the number that I made the reservations and the girl answered and I told her this is definitely the hotel I booked. She said call Marriot t Bonvoyage and she hung up on me. First of all I never complain about anything but I was so upset on how rude she was to me and how the young guy at the desk with no personality could represent the Fairfield Inn. They could have at least offered me a new reservation I had to go to another hotel down the road La Quinta. I don’t believe he did my reservations and that’s why I did not get a confirmation and also lost 2 nights of getting points. I’ve worked with dealing with people all my life and I know they are never happy, but I’ve stated at other of your Fairfield hotels and for 3 yrs in a row stayed at Marriott Cypress in Orlando and love it therethere.
