When we got there staff was great.room was great. But that all changed.we had taken showers before going shopping we thought housekeeping would come get towels and fresh room a bit well I was wrong. When we got back wet towels still in bathroom, so I asked housekeeping who was in the hall if the could Take these towels and give us fresh ones. Well they never did and we had a rehearsal dinner till 8 so they had plenty of time to do so. I asked front desk for towels now they gave them to me but housekeeping needs to do their job

Check-in was easy. The lobby was clean and inviting. Staff were welcoming and nice. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a little soap scum on the shower doors but it was easy to over look. Laundry room was on our floor. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is ok. Their checkout policy doesn’t make sense. I left a day earlier than my planned stay. I was told that if I wanted to checkout early there was going to be a $100 “early checkout fee” and I was not going to get a refund for the last night. So I opted to not “early checkout”. And for now on I will book with another franchise and I will tell the other 15 people of my company that were planning to come for a month long to this site… to pick a different hotel since they also are subject to plan changes. That’s $49,500 in room fees that you lost. Not to mention the other sites that I will not be staying in a Marriott again. Please show this review to the executive that thought that charging an early checkout fee was a good idea. Genius. SMH.

If I could give the individual staff a rating separately it would be 5 stars, they were fantastic, especially Dedric. However, my room key only had a 50/50 chance of working on the exterior doors which is a slight annoyance no big deal. My 1 star comes from my room having ants. I had a room on the 3rd floor so that's worrisome. Also the little amount of trash I had (3 night stay) was never disposed of. It was just soda cans and instant Ramen Styrofoam cups. I'm not sure if that's normal but that's what attracted the ants up onto the furniture. And to top it all off, I was lucky enough to be able to leave earlier than expected which in my mind should've saved me money, but they charged me an early departure fee equal to a nights stay so that seems predatory. I understand there's a fee but equal to a nights stay is outrageous

Had 2 rooms booked. Used 1 room. Coworker had to cancel flights due to weather- hotel refused to cancel his room due to day of arrival cancellation. Called desk as soon as flights were cancelled- thought the room was cancelled- ended up being charged. Shame on Marriott for not treating their loyal customers better.

Looks like I have the same complaint my ac unit is low or overcharged on Freon, and the compresser was forced to shut off abruptly every 5 mins. I had to endure this all night. So, needless to say, I'm tired and upset that I see this problem is reoccurring. I just want to sleep. The bed is hard, and I can't sleep on my side comfortably. If you can't meet my basic needs of sleep, it's upsetting that I'm writing this instead of getting sleep.

Travelers beware. Ask if the AC units have been updated. The AC unit was incredibly loud (sounded like a generator). I asked the front desk clerk to change rooms. He provided another room with the warning that many of the rooms have loud ACs and that likely would not resolve my concerns. After conversing with guests the next morning, I discovered that several guests had the same experience. Subsequently, , we opted to cut our visit short specifically due to the AC concerns and the lack of a good nights sleep. It did not matter that we had to pay for the room.
