The hotel was very clean, very quiet. My only issue was pillows. They had a musty odor. The overnight desk staff was amazing. She took my complaint, quickly replaced the pillows! Unfortunately, the smell was still there. The overnight desk agent
apologized and advised that she provided new pillows. I think her name was latisha. She went above and beyond. Her effort alone provided a excellent experience despite my disappointment in the odor of the pillows. Latisha, is a fantastic host!! Keep her!!!!!

Marriott has lost its way. What is the purpose of mobile key if
room not ready at 3:30 and I have to answer questions about address, phone, company name and everything else. I just want to go to my room.

Once the double credit promotion ends I will stay at Holiday Inn and Hilton.

Wow! Where do I start. When I booked this room, I requested an upper floor with no one below me and away from the elevator. When I checked in, I found out they had me assigned to a room on the tile floor directly across from the elevator. The young man that checked me in said the computer would not let him reassign my room, but he said he could fix it so no one would book the room above me, which was not true because the next night I could hear someone running back-and-forth across the floor in the room above me. The whole time I stayed there there was a large group of employees from a large area employer and they were talking extremely loud and noisy as they went up and down the halls, even in the late evening hours. To make matters worse on my second night after listening to them make noise till about 10 PM. I was awoken from a deep sleep at 4 AM by a vibrating device that was coming from the room next-door to me. The beds in these rooms are very low to the ground and the nightstands are built into the wall so if you get some Inconsiderate person in the room next to you like I did his alarm device was going off at 4 AM and after letting it go off for several minutes, he was hitting the snooze setting so I had to listen to it go off at least two more times again this was at 4 AM and it was so loud it vibrating my nightstand and I could hear it with earplugs on. So you can imagine after that it was hard to get back to sleep. Then at 6 AM approached I could hear him over there talking loudly so this place either has paperthin walls or this guy was a total Yahoo. At any rate, I won’t be back. When I called to get information on the hotel prior to booking, the young lady that helped me was very nice but the young gentleman that helped me on check-in when I asked for a different room did not try to help me and didn’t go out of his way one bit. Part of the reason that the room was so noisy is whoever installed the door on the room cut the door too thin and there’s a huge gap that allows all the noise, the air and the light to filter in from the elevator lobby. Also, I will add there was a sign in the bathroom that said if you wanna help us by leaving your towels on the hook, we won’t clean them until the end of your stay, but it also said if you want them picked up to leave them on the floor, I left them on the floor and they bunched them up and hung them back up on the hook wet when they cleaned the room. Also, the bed was very sloppily made, and the pillows were still all matted down from where I slept on them the night before.

Booked my room for this hotel on Priceline. After I checked out, I discovered the hotel charged my card for the room, even though I had already prepaid. Called on Monday, manager told me he would take care of it. On Wed, I saw that it was still there and called again, this time he wasn't available. Called again today (Friday) and finally he gave me the refund of the money they basically tried to steal from me. I travel often to Duncan on business, this could have been my go-to hotel. But, I do not trust them and they act as though I am an inconvenience for wanting to not be charged double.

I have been waiting to receive a survey because i wanted their manager to see this and take care of it and i’m not sure if they read their reviews or not but here it goes:||I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Fairfield until the moment I went to check out last Friday the 20th, I had to wait 45 minutes for the front desk attendant to come out of the kitchen with their breakfast lady. Was very upsetting. We had eaten breakfast before we left and you could tell she was very uncomfortable with how he was following her around.||I would love to say I’ll be coming back, but if the staff isn’t safe why would I want to stay there? Unfortunately I will not be experiencing the wonderful hospitality of this establishment any longer. The house keepers were amazing, breakfast was amazing even the lady who helped me check in was beyond informative and kind, but the young man at the front desk…he’s ruined the whole experience for me sadly. Hopefully they get that young lady who did breakfast some help and fire that man.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional. The front desk staff (Zach) was courteous, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We are a family of six, and Zach went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast attendant (Lupe) was very observant and pleasant. She is funny, kind, and was very helpful. She assisted my family as we ate breakfast, and the food was delicious. Her biscuits and gravy were very flavorful! Lupe made sure we had everything we needed to accommodate us on our 12-hour drive home!

One of the best i’ve stayed!!! I say that’s compliment because this says 2 star hotel when it’s clean, comfy, and nice like a 4 star hotel!
Was greeted by Johnathon and he went out his way to provide amazing customer service to me and my 74 year old mom during our stay beige heading back to Texas. I’d definitely recommend this to others coming through Duncan Ok.
