No complimentary water bottles at check-in. It's a nice way to welcome guests. They have reduced the breakfast. It's not what it used to be. By the time you pay the high room rates fees and taxes, I was hoping for a better experience. I'll look at other options next time.

The room was very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the space in the room which was very comfortable. The shower was really nice and large. The breakfast was great and had more choices of food that I've had at a lot of other hotels. Would have given this a 5 rating but the sink was clogged and the water would not drain throughout the night; had to be careful how much you washed your hands and had to use the shower to wash hands to keep the sink from reaching the top.

Woke up to bed bugs on my clothes, their box springs were stained, damaged, with hair under the mattress.

Very nice place. My only complaint is the air. The air conditioning in the rooms are great. But at the time we were there, no air conditioning in the hallways. And no air conditioning in the elevators. Felt like a sauna every time you stepped out of the room. But everything else was nice.

We came down to visit family with my son for his first vacation. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the free breakfast in the mornings. (Even had vegan options) The complimentary sugar cookies were to die for! The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. (Wished they had a hot tub)

Was here on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and my room was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would recommend is that the indoor pool area be heated. We could not use the pool because the water was freezing. The indoor pool was one of the reasons why a coworker and i choose this hotel to be able to unwind after work but the water was just too cold.Other than that I had a great stay.

I was in town for business and everyone was amazing! The young lady at check in (I believe Keira) was pleasant and helpful after I'd been on the road all night. The next morning, I had a time sensitive need and Kimberly immediately sprang into action. I have to return in a few months for business and I'll be sure to book at this property!
