I will only recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Conway! Pet friendly, kid friendly, and life friendly! The staff make you safe and have true compassion for their guests. Free breakfast, with hot and cold dishes, 7 days a week! They have a cozy intimate pool and fitness room. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with them.

Great location, clean and new decor, comfortable bedding and lots of amenities. Only negative was the rooftop bar service. We arrived at 12:30 am and when greeted we were informed the kitchen was closed. The bar advertised they stay open until 2:00 am. No hello, welcome, yet the kitchen is closed. We stayed and enjoyed some excellent cocktails. The view is magnificent, but the greeting made us feel like we were interrupting their personal communication with customers seating at the bar.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained for being an older hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and a good selection of things. Definitely will be staying here again when I pass through conway.

Repeat guest love the location and a nature preserve next to it, makes for a great stop after a long drive. Breakfast is great and the kitchen "staff" take pride in what they do!

We were traveling through states when we decided to stay here in Fairfield. It was wonderful.

The room was not that spacious, but it was enough. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious too with their own hairblower,shampoo, conditioner and bodywash on the wall. 2 towels per room. You can always ask the front desk for more. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker? And a microwave. A table and 1 chair. We got the 2 queen beds.

They also have a pool. Heated but only to around 85, so it's slightly cold at the beginning but it becomes better after you dip. Its also small, and from 3-4.9 ft if im not mistaken. They have towels in the indoor pool ready for you to use too.

They have laundry machines, $1.50 in coins for washer and another for dryer. Bring your own detergent or buy from front desk for $2 for 1 wash. They have 24/7 hot water and coffee, decaf too downstairs. ❤️

The breakfast was delicious. I love the scrambles eggs. There were waffles, scones, breakfast tiny burgers? Scrambled eggs, sausages?, scones, fruits, oatmeal cups, cereal or granola, also milk in the fridge with the yogurt or Silk Oatmilk. It was good. I like it.

Front desk people was also friendly and professional and wonderful. We had Sherry as the front desk worker when we were there, and she's amazing 🙏 thanks Sherry!

Anyways, best part. We are behind Walmart lol

Its also next to Holiday Inn. They have parking lot around too.

Its a non-smoking area so it smells clean and fresh. Nice atmosphere. Love it.

Arriving at the hotel early for our reservation, my family and I were eagerly anticipating a pleasant stay at a familiar favorite. However, my wife was in another car and had not yet arrived. With two impatient children in tow, I approached the front desk to check in and secure our two booked rooms. To my surprise, the receptionist, Justin, refused to allow us to check in because the reservation was under my wife's name and I did not have her ID. This was a frustrating predicament, as we had never encountered this issue during our previous stay. Despite my attempts to reason with Justin and even offer to have the rooms transferred to my name, he was uncooperative and even cited my "attitude" as a problem. Eventually, he told us we could not check in until 3 o'clock, which I found unreasonable. When I expressed my discontent, he threatened to call the police and asked us to leave the hotel. In a state of shock and disbelief, we left and immediately booked a room at the nearby Home 2 Suites, where the staff was understanding and accommodating. In fact, the front desk agent had previously worked at this location and mentioned that Justin has been known to have a temperamental attitude. As someone with experience in the hotel industry and a current member of AHOA, I find this behavior unacceptable and urge appropriate action to be taken. On a personal note, I would like to mention that we had just received news of my wife's breast cancer returning at stage 4, affecting her spine and pelvic areas, which explained the urgency and possibly my frustrated demeanor. However, Justin seemed uninterested in our situation and simply wanted us out of his hotel. It is disappointing to have such an unpleasant experience at a place where we have previously been treated so well, and I hope that this issue can be addressed and rectified.

Quick overnight stay for doctor’s appointments. This location surprised me! It was so clean, neat, and well decorated. I hardly stay at lower tiered Marriotts but I don’t regret booking here. The room was well replenished and smelled/appeared clean. Minimal interaction with the mid shift lady so no complaints. Located conveniently by Walmart and a few eating places. Close to the highway as well. We received a letter, the day of, advising of repairs. The water was off from 8-11:30. This letter probably should’ve been given at check-in the day before. Kind of sucks because it delayed us departing, didn’t want to leave without showering. Despite this, we’d stay again.

We arrived at the hotel to check in only to find out they “cancelled” our room. We were told they overbooked. It was a late night check in and we even called to let them know what time we would be there and was told “no problem we will see you when you get here”. And they still gave our room to someone else!! We were left trying to scramble to find a room at midnight! Same on you Fairfield Inn and Suites!!
