I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I recently stayed there for the Arnold Sports Festival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds great and the shower had just the right amount of water pressure. The staff were very friendly. Also, they have a handy shuttle that will take you to select locations within 5 miles of the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

Hotel rooms were clean and toiletries were stocked. I do wish the breakfast had more options. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, bagels, toast and english muffins. It was close to the convention center, no more than 12 mins away.

Staff was nice. They have a shuttle that runs every 30 mins and holds up to 14 people.

Positive: The staff was nice. The location was perfect for OSU. Negative: Room down graded due to over booking. Room did not have a microwave. Had to refill the toilet tank by triggering the components after every use. The glass shower door did not latch. Had to hold it closed to prevent leakage. Mattress needs to be replaced.

As an avid traveler, I have never been treated with more disrespect. The manager, Rashida, has no people skills and will very rudely argue with guests. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff seemed to disappear for several minutes. Waited at front desk twice to ask a question. Breakfast was horrible which surprised me with the reviews. Eggs were water and sausage was just terrible. No bread out, and staff
was a bit rude. Stayed here because of breakfast. Other farfield in a were great. This one was terrible and ended up at McDonald's two days in a row.

Had traveled delayed after a long day, the overnight front desk person I could keep the room until 3pm, which was amazing. I stepped out for lunch and when I came back the key didn't work. The woman working the front desk said the other person wasn't allowed to extend my stay and that I needed to leave the room.

Location was convenient to Riverside Hospital. Very well kept hotel, nice staff, excellent breakfast bar with hot and cold options. Rates were reasonable and would definitely stay again.

Bed bugs. I have pictures of bugs in bed and bites on my body as clear proof. Front desk staff handled to best of their ability - switched rooms and gave quarters to nuke ALL of our clothing in their dryers (not how I wanted to spend my vacation). The manager’s support leaves much to be desired - she has not responded to multiple emails after leaving. She promised 25k points to my account but have yet to be seen. Disappointed in how it was handled. Obviously won’t be staying again.
