My name is John Parella. I was staying at the Fairfield Marriott hotel for about seven months now the last week I moved out I moved out two days earlier and they charged me for 12 days so I would definitely watch if you decide to stay in this facility. And their housekeeping sucked if the maid was too busy, she would leave the sheets on the bed and say when you get a chance, please change the sheets and just leave them for us at the door at $132 a night this place ain’t worth it. Then on top of everything else i was saying there from Monday to Monday but my apartment was ready sooner then Monday so i left Friday they should have charge me 2 day less but they charge me for 12 days. RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then on top of that if you get in the elevator from the third floor, which I’ve said something to them before about half the time it would bounce going down to the second and first floor almost like it was a cable was loose or something to that effect, they said they would have somebody take a look at it for seven months. It’s been like that

This hotel and staff were amazing! The breakfast was also great. The rooms were good just needed a little updating in the bathrooms. The tub in particular.

They must allow pets cause there’s dog hair all over the carpet and bathroom floor. Ice bucket tray covered in dust. Swimming pool has crusty scum around the top. Front desk attendant was on her phone every time I walked by. The covered area outside the main entrance had that car parked there for 5 hours plus now. (Employee of the month parking?)
This is day one of seven …. God help me 🤮

Positive: It was clean Negative: Yes I book for 5 nights two rooms had a family emergency came up had to leave after night one. I have try email the manager. I have called 7 times and the manager is never in. I would like a refund for the nights I didn?t get to stay

We had a really poor experience. Our room was not well cleaned when we checked in. Then, the room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. It wasn’t. It was finally cleaned after we complained on the fourth day. Other guests were leaving full trash cans and soiled towels in the hallways since housekeeping was not to be found. Finally, the hot water ran out within a minute of start on each shower. Management needs to shake off their pandemic attitude and get back to managing this hotel. We will stay in Dublin next time.

Positive: It?s new so everything is in good condition. Rooms are spacious. Negative: It?s located near the highway. My room was facing the Highway and I could truck traffic throughout the night.

I stayed here for work recently. My room was clean and nice. Tara and Jeremy were very friendly and really made me feel at home. The breakfast was hot and fresh and quite good. I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone whether their trip was business or personal.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The lady at the check in desk was friendly. My only issue was using the app, I used it to check in thinking it would save time, but when I arrived at the time I said it would there was no room key. I still had to wait to talk to someone at the front desk, but she said she did not know how to use the app. I was given regular room keys and went to my room and 10 minutes after I get to my room the room key showed up in the app. It was frustrating.
