Loved being on the lake. Too bad the windows aren’t even bigger in the rooms. But pretty, clean, friendly place to stay. Even has a small pool. Nice fitness space with a view. Good breakfast selection. Tons of oatmeal topping options. Walking trail along the water right out the side doors. Tons of birds to watch. Even allowed us a late check out, which helped when working remotely from the room the first half of the day. Great experience and the place I’d stay again in K Falls.

Perfect place for us. Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Lobby has a great place to sit and walkway next to lake is wonderful. Only down side was breakfast was below standard for a hotel breakfast. Coffee was good, but the hot good needs some work.

Beautifully located on Klamath Lake with half the suites facing the lake and half facing the mountains. Where it is located, make an easy ingress from and exit to major highways. The staff we had dealing with were responsive to all our needs. The rooms, lobby, and continental breakfast room were spotless. The continental breakfast was not huge but had a good selection.

Great hotel, nice location, clean rooms and great customer service. Alejandro, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The gym and pool are good. The hotel was quiet allowing for a great night's sleep. We will stay here again.

Avoid. They will rip you off. Stayed for 2 nights. Receipt shows 2 nights. Charged for 3 nights. Called multiple times to get the charges corrected, but they still can't get it right. They said they would give me a free night stay for all the trouble and then never did. See pics.

Nice room, clean & new, good treadmills, walking path, next to a tranquil lake. Third floor was quiet. Excellent hospitality from staff. GLASS shower an elegant touch.Lovely decks and seating off greenway. Lousy excuse for a swimming pool & no hottub either, so pass if you have kids.

Came down here and stayed overnight for a job interview. The staff was super friendly, the rooms and amenities in the hotel were clean, and the hotel had a beautiful view of the lake.
