hotel is very clean. The front desk staff provided the least information I ever experienced in hotels, which was weird. The room was nice and it was silent at night. The lobby is very spacious.

the bar was super busy with only one server going around.... and very slow. it took 10 minutes for me to be welcome and water after I even sitting on a BAR TABLE (right in front of him). However, they have good fries: crispy and well seasoned.

If you are going to just sleep, I can recommend it. I don't recommend having dinner at the bar.

The gym has Pelaton, which I liked.

We had a fantastic time at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The lobby was great, the room was clean and the bed was comforter with wonderful pillows and a comfy comforter. The room size was perfect. The bathrooms were nice and new. But the highlight of our trip was the lobby bar and restaurant with Louis as MC, host and bartender. He was so warm and invited us over and offered us an incredible array of drinks, beer and wine. I had an incredible rose. My salad was delicious and soon there was a fun and lively crowd at the bar. Everyone was talking to one another and all of the seats were full. Louis gave us snacks and water while we waited for our drinks and food. He is really special and gave us a 5 star visit. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I am in the area. And cheers to Louis! I felt like I was in an episode of Cheers!

Look if you have to be in this area…it is a good option. Easy parking (though you pay daily), light breakfast included - though a bit late start at 6.30), indoor pool (small) and full fitness center. Rooms are designed for business - clean lines lots of counter-desk space. No dine in and bar grill limited. So for for and drink it is more of a hike. But good for a light jog in the office park. So like said given other options in area it holds up and for business it is fully functional.

We loved it here! We only stay with Residence Inn because we always love it. The only downside was paying for parking every night, the breakfast, and the refund I had to get because we accidentally booked the wrong room. With how much we’re paying, I don’t find a reason why we would have to pay $14 extra for every single night we’re there. The breakfast yogurt and cereal were probably the only good things they had. The waffles were always undercooked for us even if we waited for the long beep once finished, the ham egg sandwiches had ham that didn’t look good or smell good. And also the scrambled eggs smelled like chemicals. Lastly, we booked the wrong room which we noticed once we went up to the room number they gave us. First, with the accommodations that they give us on the website for booking weren’t met. We asked for extra pillows, extra towels and for our room to be on a higher level.. none of those accommodations were met in the first room we got or the second one. Secondly, yes I maybe booked the wrong room but when we went back downstairs to let the two ladies at the front desk know, they couldn’t let us get another room unless we did a full refund and paid again for the 3 nights we were there. Fine we did it but then we were told it would take 3-4 business days for the money to go back into my account.
Other than those 3 things, we loved it and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is a nice hotel-very clean, spacious lobby nicely decorated. The room is your standard Marriott branded room. Clean and functional. There is a parking charge of $14/night.|The part that is terrible is that the hotel literally sits on Rt 128. If you have a room that faces it, it is terribly noisy ALL day & night long. Impossible to get a good nights rest. If you value your sleep, find another place to stay

I am very pleased with everything in this hotel. They were listed as a three star hotel but I say that should definitely be upgraded for this establishment. Everything presents more like a 4 star hotel.

This hotel has been here for a while now and still looks brand new. very clean and well maintained. Nice to have a bar and lite menu. Breakfast is good. Nice big lobby to spread out to just talk or work. Only place will stay, when here for work.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member, but this property is an embarrassment to the brand. Two nights at $190 per night somehow ballooned to over $750—with hidden fees, outrageous surcharges, and a $100 per night pet fee, which is absolutely absurd. I booked directly through Bonvoy using a member discount, but the front desk staff had no clue how to apply it. No one could explain the charges clearly, and their lack of training falls squarely on poor management.

The hotel itself is safe but painfully basic—nowhere near the standard expected of a Marriott property. I’ve stayed at dozens of Marriotts, and this was hands-down one of the worst experiences. Marriott should really reconsider keeping its name on this building.
