From the time I walked in the staff was pleasant. My room nice. The hotel is beautiful in a great location. I enjoyed my staff. I have no complaints

Guest Services (Front desk staff) should NOT be working in the hospitality industry! I read other reviews but decided to see for myself. The breakfast was as advertised, only continental don't expect anything more. I checked out, and they used my card to pay the incidentals for a 2nd night of a guest room that was only authorized for ONE night. I will never stay at this Fairfield again.

The room was fine. The breakfast was really bad. Muffins old no bread, no bagels, 2 English muffins, both waffle irons not working, one banana on the counter. NO ICE OR WATER. I thought maybe Saturday was an off day but Sunday was even worse.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was absolutely awful. There was a roach in my room, spoiled milk on the buffet, and the water pressure was so low it was barely usable. To make matters worse, I specifically asked if the security cameras worked and was told they did. However, after my vehicle was broken into, they conveniently claimed the cameras weren’t working.

This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind stay somewhere!!!

The Fairfield staff at reception area excellent friendly. Ms Janice in the dining room area is delightful funny and accommodating to the guests. The Fairfield was out of bowls4 out of the five days of our stay. They had oat milk for vegans but served. Pork 4 days turkey one day. We are not needy so we asked for towels 2nd day. On the 3rd day we were told the room needed a refresh by house keeping staff. We returned at 10 pm bed was unmade no tea or coffee stocked floor not swept. I asked front desk what does refresh mean? Clean room. Day 4 I took off pillows cases and put them on floor with the towels and they put the same ones back on bed. When we check in there was a wipe in the shower. I always bring Lysol and sanitize before I use any room. I rate

To be a Marriott Hotel it is very unsafe to stay there.
Do not leave your belongings in the car at night, since they do not have any video surveillance at the parking lot anything can happen and they don’t even care about it.
My car got broken into and I lost everything in it.
Please think twice before you stay at this hotel.
Be safe !

Positive: Location?.but Nothing worked! From the phone to the lights in the interior of the room nor was the pool heated! Negative: Nothing worked the pool wasn?t heated but that wasn?t too much of a big deal but the ac didn?t work in my first room they then offered to change it but then I get to the other room the phone nor lights worked! It was horrible!

Started good the first day been here 3 days and no room service and the little skinny lady was very rude because I was get a lot of orange juice but it’s free smh
