The hotel is clean and we felt safe and welcomed during our 3-night stay. The parking lot is well lit and we appreciated that there was no extra charge for parking. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Every member of the front desk staff was kind and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The variety of breakfast foods was great - Kebria does an incredible job keeping up with the food, caring for guests and brewing hot coffee!

Great people, clean and nice rooms. I've been here off and on for months and my stays have always been pleasant. The people are great, they know I like to fill up coffee at night and make sure to have some on for me.

There is one slightly annoying thing if you are a light sleeper, there is a club a few doors down, and Friday and Saturday nights you might get woken up by people ripping out of the club and showing off their cars on the main road. It isn't terrible, just something I've noticed.

Although I only stayed here for one night, my stay was very enjoyable and the manager Rambo was very accommodating, polite, and professional.

Upon entering the hotel on a Saturday for check-in, the lobby smelled like a spa. My boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Rambo. He answered our many questions without appearing annoyed.

The room was spacious and clean. Our AC unit worked fine. Despite other reviews, the elevator was working during our stay. The pool, gym, and outdoor patio were all clean although we did not enjoy those amenities.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to all the food and activities we planned to do this weekend. We were able to walk to Lenox Mall (20 minutes) and drive to CVS (5 minutes).

We had no trouble sleeping on Saturday night (maybe because we went clubbing that night and made it back once all the clubs were closed). We did hear some music bumping the next afternoon (Sunday), but we were so tired, it didn't keep us up.

I would definitely stay here again since it's so convenient to shops, restaurants, and clubs. The service was also amazing! We had no problems at all.

Great hotel. Very clean. It is in a good location to be able to walk or drive to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Free continental breakfast, and they had a good selection. I would stay here again.

I got here a little early but realized I didn't have my wallet so I sat down to charge my phone and ordered doordash waiting for my roommate to drop it off. I stepped outside for a smoke only to come back in and find that the maintenance man was going through my belongings and all of my personal paperwork that I left on the table with my phone charger. Management was in the lobby as well and they all burst out into a laugh! If you like being disrespected and having your privacy invaded then by all means stay at this property! I canceled my reservation and won't be coming back! Disgusting, miserable people!

Service is nice, but don't stay here on a Friday or Saturday night if you want to sleep. There is a dance Club next door and the bass is so loud that it vibrates the hotel walls and doesn't end until 3am.
