Staff friendly and helpful. Michelle cooked breakfast eggs to perfection and was very attentive chatting and refilling coffee while seated, Andrew helped me with a billing issue that I caused without challenging me. Ferrona (spelling) new person at desk is doing an outstanding job and has a great service frame of mind. The lady working the am shift Thursday was also most helpful. Thank you for embodying the Marriott culture. It is a great location and clean.

Risha Rocks! From check-in to departure, she was the best. Friendly, personable, and efficient. The housekeeping engineer and breakfast chef were right behind her. ||Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Hot items were hot, and cold items were cold (coldest apple juice I've ever had at a hotel), and even with a college baseball team eating, the food never ran out!

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding so we didn’t have to drive home late. The hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking and near several quick eats. The room was fine and clean, the bed was not very comfortable but we did sleep decent. The breakfast in the morning was typical with a waffle station and some hot heat to eat items. Overall it meet my expectations. It is a nice 3 star hotel.

We had the best time at this hotel. FRIENDLIEST STAFF IN THE WHOLE U.S. ~ they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at their hotel, and it’s been a nothing more than lovely stay. Super clean, GREAT BREAKFAST, They were flexible with us as our van broke down, and let us stay later until we got our van back. So, 13/10 stars. Will be back when we are in the area 🙂

We have been making college visits every weekend. We were pleasantly surprised at the Fairfield Inn, Anderson Clemson. The front desk staff was the best. They made us feel very welcome. Everything else was Hilton quality, as expected, including the room breakfast and good location, but the friendly staff was on par with the Grand Wailea.

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip. Everything was good. The room was cleaned daily. Without me Even having to ask . any accommodations With Nerisha I needed where fulfilled quickly. I will be back here. I will be back on further stays in the future when I am in the area

I traveled to the Anderson area to have access to nearby areas impacted by Hurricane Helene as part of my official duties. Needles to say, rooms in the area were tough to find, with so many being displaced by the storm. I gave up on searching for rooms through a 3rd party site that I usually am required to use for securing lodging for official business. I picked up the phone, rang the front desk, and had the privilege of speaking with Risha. Risha was very kind, patient, and helpful. During check out one of my colleagues had a discrepancy on their bill in regard to the agreed rate. The woman that prepared the morning's breakfast overheard us, kindly approached us, and went to the front desk with us to personally introduce us to Risha, helping to explain our situation. | Risha again kindly and patiently listened to our case and was able to resolve the discrepancy. In fact, the entire staff that I encountered were kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, the ac was cold, the breakfast and coffee were good, and the grounds were well kept and felt safe. There are several food and beverage options within walking distance. I recommend this location.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The front desk staff, Lexy especially, was fantastic. We were there for a funeral, and she brought joy to the situation. Additionally, the evening manager (whose name I don't know) was very helpful and accommodating as we hung out in the lobby catching up with family. Would definitely recommend this property.
