The one thing great about this hotel was the young lady that checked us in. She was very nice and courteous! Unfortunately, that was it. These rooms are awful! Set up is horrible. The sofa and chair are uncomfortable and ugly! There is a small tv in living area and ugly tv stand with a big cut out of nothing. This place is very dated. Carpet is nasty. This place needs a makeover. Luckily, bed was clean and comfortable.

Awesome!! Clean!! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would come again. I recommend to everyone!! Great experience. The location is quiet and accessible to every thing. Make this your place to stay. No problems. Everything was fresh, room was really clean

The staff members were professional, courteous, and very accommodating. They were busy but handled everyone with kindness and consideration. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit family!

Location was great. Room seemed really good as you would expect from this chain. We drove all day so we were happy to get there, rest and relax.
But soon after, we realized that the toilet kept flushing on its own. The hot water would not work, so no hot water in sink or shower (which was dripping as well). We felt the room was a bit stuffy before we went to sleep, but the ac unit was so loud and rattling. We had to stack our bags on top of it and fold up some pamphlets to wedge in the front.
Because there is some sort of chemical in the toilet when it flushes, by the morning we all had headaches. We didnt stick around for breakfast, we left by 5am.
I did tell the front desk guy about the issues, was hoping for a partial refund. But nothing.

Been staying here for 2 weeks now. Everything has been great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everyone is kind and friendly. I wish my work schedule allowed me to enjoy some of that delicious breakfast!!!! Thank you all for accommodating myself and 15 of my coworkers.

The hotel is the newest in the area but the service is probably the worst. Checked-in around 2am and at 8am sharp they were banging on the door and COMING INTO THE ROOM trying to get us to check out early (check out is 11am, they can see when we checked in, and we had the ”do not disturb” sign on the door)

Also: unlike every other hotel this one stops serving coffee when breakfast ends at 9:00
The only thing available was water that hadn't been changed all day (all the ice had melted so you know it's been out since yesterday)

I spend about half of each month in hotels as I travel a ton for work. This place was gross! As soon as I walked in there was a slight mildew/cigarette smell. Once I got to my room it was overwhelming. I did not put the ac/heat unit on because it just blew the smell out more. I luckily could open the window and it was very breezy. The smell triggered a migraine during my stay which was unfortunate. The smell lingered on my belongings even after I left.

If I could give this place a -0 I would , I will never be back ever! We were told to receive a single “new” towel, I needed to bring the wet ones down myself or call corporate. What? This is unacceptable!!! And to have a nasty rude attitude will saying this is crazy! I did bring the towel down and when I turned around to leave the staff a the front desk started laughing. So I guess you have immature children working at this establishment? Too Wow! Do better!
