Recently booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family stay. I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. Booked 2 king rooms. Upon arriving/check-in, the staff had upgraded both rooms to King Studio rooms without us asking them to do that. That, in my opinion is great service.||My family has stayed at this location before. As always, the hotel and rooms were clean, and well taken care of. The free breakfast is always a welcome perk for a traveling family with kids.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to Cuyahoga National Park, and its affordability. The employees of the hotel were friendly and helpful and honored our room request with no problem. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, but there were a lot of options. The hotel seemed new and not outdated with the exception of the dining booths at breakfast, as the fabric on the seats was all worn down. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Location, convenience was exceptional. We were traveling for some family business and stayed here 7 nights. The rooms were very CLEAN, as was the lobby, pool area, meeting/dining area. Complimentary breakfast was good, stocked and helped us with our busy schedule.
I wanted to call out exemplary service from Panjay at the lobby desk. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt welcomed and knew he would support us on anything we needed. Truly felt like world class service. Thank you.
I also want to recognize Emma who supports the breakfast service. I watched her aid a couple get their meal together who had limited mobility; it was very kind. Thank you .

Great staff. Clean rooms. Easy location with restaurants in the vicinity. I'm fussy about hotels and I'd stay here again.

This Fairfield Inn was very inviting and modern! Everything felt fresh from the dining area to the room. The front desk staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast had good variety including eggs and quiche. Cuyahoga National Park is about ten minutes away. There is a bar/restaurant within walking distance and plenty of choices within a ten minute drive. I slept well here!

Positive: The TV was a good size. Negative: I am sure there were bed bugs as I had itchy bites all over my arms the next morning. It did not look like they vacuumed the room.

Maybe it's just me but I'm expecting a hotel to book a taxi for me and not giving me numbers to call.
It's the second time I had to come here and both times the receptionists were very reclutant to just help me booking a taxi to the airport (I couldn't make international calls and Uber is not enough reliable in the area).
In the end they gave me a website where to book, luckily everything went well but I didn't have any confirmation of the booking till when the taxi showed.
