First of all it was very hard to find the little lane to pull into off 40W to enter actual Hotel. Went in, recieved our keys went to our rooms. Entered room to find it looking like a Super 8 motel not a Marriott Hotel! The fridge is in a cupboad on the floor very little. Went to look for room microwave and not in room. Tried calling front desk no answer. Went to front desk n waited n waited for lady who was at desk for 10 min. Yelled hello... knocked on counter n she finally came. Found out no micriwaves in rooms only on 1st level by entrance. Got some hospitality coffee and only 1/2 n 1/2 available no other creamers. Poured coffee etc went back to room. Coffee was cool! Not kool but cool.. Wasnt going back downstairs again for a dejavue! If we hadnt drove for 8 1/2 hours would have def went to another Marriott. Beds were so so.. but being tired and no other choice slept in them. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody and if i could give it 0 stars i would.

Honestly the best thing about this hotel was they let you throw birthday parties and now have been informed under new management so the place I've thrown my daughters party for the last 3 yrs now just up and stopped that!!

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean! Beds were comfortable. Nice pool area. Breakfast was good. Decaf coffee was "warm" and bacon was a little undercook, however, nice breakfast selection.|Convenient location right off the interstate.

First, the good part: This hotel is just barely in OH at the stateline adjacent to Richmond IN and at the I-70 exit for US 40. When I have a choice, I prefer not to spend my money in Indiana. This hotel provides a decent place to stop while travelling through. I've stayed here before. Meets my basic criteria of cleanliness, a comfortable bed, working TV & WiFI, and acceptable breakfast.|The craziest thing was the new mini-fridge. First, I literally needed to get on my hands and knees to read the instructions and put my few items in it. It sits on the floor inside cabinetry. Then I found it has an "ON" button deep inside which lets it run for 2 hours! If you need to keep something cold all night, set your alarm to wake periodically to reset it. I knocked off a point for this stupidity.|I understand the value of energy conservation. But the hotel would have saved more energy by not running the electic waffle griddle hot all day. Here as in many hotels, "eco-friendly" seems to equate to minimizing labor costs: disposable plates and cups, not having cleaning staff turn off unused mini-fridges, less laundry washing. |One more point that may be relevant for others: There is a truckstop on the east side of the property, which might bother you.

Positive: The employees were above expectations. The rooms were very nice and clean. Location was perfect for our means. Negative: The continental breakfast breakfast was not something I would want to eat. It was not edible for us so we went someplace else to eat.

Great place!! Hot tub was great!! Very clean not sure if it just was remodeled or new but very modern and clean! Beds were comfortable staff very helpful stay away from Iron skillet. Get food somewhere else . Breakfast was free they had eggs oatmeal and yogurt. Fresh fruit

Beautiful facility near the expressway. The driveway is unmarked and a bit difficult to find in the dark. If you turn too soon, you’ll end up in the parking lot of the gas station next door, but there is a cut through that will allow you to get to the hotel. If you miss it and go too far, you’ll have to drive across the Indiana state line, do a U-turn and try again. Fortunately, it’s less than a mile.
