I know it's too late to write a review of this precious place, But I have to because here is the very heartwarming place for me. I stayed at this Inn when I went on my marriage travel in the last month of 2023. My wife worked at Mohegan Sun in her 20's so I never hesitated to choose this place to stay. The room is very clean, fancy, and comfortable. We went to Mohegan Sun using the van that was supported by Inn. The driver, He is so kind to us. I remember we talked about 'Are Asians good to gamble?' and He agreed. We laughed with him many times and I think he became our lucky charm... We did not lose our money. The manager at the morning buffet was also kind. The buffet was enough to satisfy my hunger. I love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have been staying here quite a few years. We love the sitting area and that it’s not just a room with a bed. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. There is free transportation to the casino if needed. We are looking forward to our next trip hopefully when it is a little warmer in March or April. This past trip was my husband’s birthday and he enjoyed his stay as well. It has been a tradition to go in January for his birthday so we will definitely be back next January for a couple days.

Great two night stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn. Perfect location to Mohegan Sun with convenient shuttle service every day! Totally appreciated there was complimentary coffee and tea service available 24 hours in the lobby. All the staff we bumped into had friendly greetings. Pleasant atmosphere. This was the fourth year my daughter and I stayed here and we are looking forward to next year!

Had a quick overnight stay on 10/26/24. Was looking to recharge my battery and have a change of scenery. I don’t gamble but my plan was to head to Mohegan Sun and have a bite to eat, shop, have a few drinks and chill. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the casino which was so convenient. More so to be able to enjoy a few spirits and not have to worry about driving back. Always safety first. The rooms were spacious and very clean. An added plus was their complimentary breakfast. My only complaint was that the walls are super thin and you can hear people in the halls and in the next room. I think I actually heard snoring from the room next door. There was an event at the casino so there were a lot of visitors. Either way, I’d definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Don't book this hotel if there's any possibility there could me an emergency, which is ALWAYS. I booked this room for our 3rd wedding anniversary because it was less expensive than staying at Mohegan Sun. I unfortunately got Covid. I called the hotel to tell them for the safety of their guest I needed to cancel my reservations. They advised me they were strict to their policy of not cancelling reservations and I wouldn't be refunded. My husband then got Covid too. I sent a copy of the testing to Expedia to share with the hotel in an effort to get a refund on my room. This was 4 days prior to our stay. They again refused to help us and no one from the hotel would speak to me. I won't be booking with them again and I advise against it. Spend your money at the Hyatt Inn instead, who were incredible when we stayed with them in 2024.

We stayed at this hotel November 16-17 2024 for the CT Car Show at Mohegan Sun, and it was a great experience! Mohegan Sun was charging $800-1K+ a night for their rooms last minute, Fairfield hotel was under $400 and only 3 minutes driving wise. It was also very convenient having the on demand free shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun. Jeffery the shuttle driver was so professional and such a great guy! He was awesome!

Nice location. Near moghean sun. Front desk people were friendly. Prices were good for the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Pool was a nice size. Gym had 4 trendmills and some weights. Everything was nice.
