This hotel was an absolute nightmare and a waste of money. The first room I was given was a disaster, with the mattress propped against the wall and furniture scattered everywhere (see photos). They moved me to a second room, which was muggy, smoky, and reeked of a horrible, musty smell. The shower barely worked, the TV didn’t even turn on, and the overall condition was unacceptable.

After 3-4 days, I noticed bed bug bites all over my legs. When I reported it, the staff rudely dismissed me, claiming their "detector" found no bed bugs and refused to refund the several remaining nights I had already paid for. Losing that much money was a huge hit, but the conditions were so unsafe and unbearable that I had no choice but to check out early for my own safety. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude made it clear they have a strict no-refund policy, no matter the situation, and likely handle complaints like this often.

There’s no continental breakfast as advertised, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the area feels incredibly unsafe. The only solution they offered was to move me to another room, but the quality of the rooms varies wildly, so you’re essentially gambling with your stay.

I chose this hotel thinking Richmond Hill would guarantee a safe and reliable stay, but this place proved me wrong. Save yourself the trouble—this hotel is disgusting, unprofessional, and not worth a dime.

I stayed here with my family, and we had a great experience. The hotel is clean, safe, and family-friendly. The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the complimentary breakfast! It was fresh and had a good variety of options. The hotel also had great amenities, including free parking and a comfortable lobby area. Great value for the price!

If I could give this properly 0 stars I would called the morning of and asked everything I would need and went ahead and paid ahead of time only for me to get to the hotel and be told something else and also be told that the price I paid wasn’t gonna be enough to then be told by the property manager that since I didn’t wanna pay anything extra that he will be taking my money and told me to get off the property! Michael that’s very unprofessional and Michael is a scammer. Property was nasty!

Customer service is amazing from the front desk as well as the GM. upon checking in around hurricane Milton when every other hotel was booked I was able to get the accommodations I needed for me and my daughter regardless of how busy they were. Our room was clean and cozy. We settled in just fine. The location is pretty nice and tucked away. I do recommend coming her for short & long term stays.

The room was a little small and there was some issues with the TV and the toilet but the staff was on top of it immediately and did the best they could. The service was outstanding my family and I were stranded and had nowhere to go and she was booked but had two or three people leaving and made sure that I got a room so that my family and I wouldn't be sleeping in a car during the evacuation of the hurricane. The location was great as there was plenty of gas stores and things in the nearby vicinity.
Because of her kindness going above and beyond if I ever had to evacuate or visit the area again I would certainly stop here again
