I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Scott during my stay, and I can’t say enough about how great he was. From the moment I met him, his friendly demeanor stood out—he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Scott’s knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area was impressive; he answered all my questions with confidence and even offered some great recommendations that enhanced my trip.

What really struck me was his hardworking nature. No task seemed too big or too small for him, and he tackled everything with a can-do attitude. At the same time, he was pleasantly tentative, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. His understanding approach shone through when I had a minor issue with my room—he listened patiently, addressed it quickly, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Scott is a true asset to the team, and his thoughtful, dedicated service made my stay memorable for all the right reasons. I’d happily return just to see him again!

front desk staff and management went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. housekeeping was always thorough. during my stay I saw a lot of effort in maintaining the property to include resurfacing the parking lot. convenient location, close to eateries and shopping

Scott is so amazing! This is more than a job to him and you can tell! Always greeting with a smile on his face, always ready to help! He makes my kids laugh and they just love interacting with him! He is the type of employee that is an asset to the team and I feel Extended Stay is lucky to have a man who is so passionate about his job!

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. I understand that, but it was ridiculously nasty, noisy and very overwhelming. The staff was super nice but the room itself smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom had water damage, the shower was broken and squirting water EVERYWHERE so we could only take baths in a bathtub that was covered in hair. There was even still poop left in our toilet. On top of that you can literally hear everything going on in the hotel even when someone above you is walking hard and laughing.

Our room was clean and comfortable, all staff was friendly but Scott
stood our due to his friendlieness and quickness to respond to our requests (an extra chair, dishes, etc). Good job, ty all!
