Nice and quiet. Manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Truly a kind person. We had an issue with our great the first night but the replaced the whole unit first thing in the morning, I highly recommend.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff are very kind, understanding, and friendly. I never have to ask twice for anything or about anything. Stayed here for one night and the place was very great. the front desk was super helpful. the room was clean and very spacious with a nice big kitchen for cooking. will definitly be back if we stay in the toledo area again!

I’ve been here for a month now and I’ll be staying here until November/December. This place is very clean, no bugs or odors. Everything in my room works perfectly and is in great shape. I had prescription medicine delivered here that had to be kept refrigerated and Mark at the front desk put it in the refrigerator in my room as soon as it was delivered. Olivia is a sweetheart, she answers my dumb questions with a smile and has been very helpful. These people who run this place have gone out of their way to make this my home away from home. I’ve been working away from home for many years and haven’t found a better place to stay.

The ship is older but fairly well maintained. The temperature of the rooms was very cool. Would guess in the 60's. The dining room was particularly cold One of the service ladies that seated pax wore a shawl and had winter muffs! Lots of cabin built-ins that you do not see on the newer ships. Heater in cabin worked marginally even after being worked on. Good crew and good food. RMD Capt USN ret
