So I had a really good stay other than the room they booked me into had boogers on the wall and then after me my husband and our 1 year old benign there for 5 day that manager of the place gets mad at my husband for working out in the parking lot it's not like they have an area where you can work out to keep your mental at ease. and then she informs him she is not allowing us to extend anymore nights and then when I talked to her to try and figure out if there was a way we could just let it go and continue to stay there as we are homeless she flat out tells me SHE DOES NOT CARE, Mind you this is the manager of the place very unprofessional and then she puts us in the system to where we cannot book a room at any of the Extended stay locations Knowing that we were already homeless with a child and I am 32 weeks pregnant I'm very sad for all the other workers because they were all great but the manager is very rude, disrespectful and expects you to respect her and her property but she does not respect you. I will be looking into speaking with comp about it or whoever is above her because she was out of line

I am sorry to have made a reservation here for some relatives who came on vacation, I was ashamed to have stayed there, to start the reception closes at 10pm if you arrive later you have to wait a long time there for someone to come down to attend you, I asked for a room not to smoke and I smelled more than a bar to cigarette, the bed is very plastic and it seems that if you move it will disarm, I had hired 2 nights so for the second night I wanted to request some. towels because they were all wet and do not replace you these unless you pay an extra charge, they do not serve the room either that only you hire 2 weeks that told me the receptionist, and also in a bad way I attend not if it is because She is going out or she was just not in a mood or wants to attend. So I decided to take my relatives out of there and take them somewhere else I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to have a bad time and a very bad night and throw more than 120 dlls a night in the trash

The front desk manager and the other girl are absolutely horrid. Their attitudes and customer service are trash. I've never felt so disrespected by hotel staff. Also, how does a hotel not have toilet paper?! For days they've told everyone they are out of toilet paper I had to go buy my own pack. Isn't that the bare minimum a hotel should provide. All the doors are locked except the front door ! What is that even about? Am I staying in a prison or a hotel? By the way the manager acts like a prison warden it's more prison than hotel . Worst experience of my life.

I am a travel nurse so I have stayed at extended stays on occasion. My experience here started off decent. My main concern was the very strange crowd that tended to hang around the hotel. There is a lady living there who sits out front of the hotel with a lawn chair bare foot like she is out on her front porch. There are children who live here who play in the halls with their scooters riding back and forth. For some reason no one wears shoes around there. At times more than half of the washers and dryers are broken and people leave their clothes unattended for long periods of time. The halls constantly had a foul smell. Whenever I would take my dog out she always seemed to find a snack on the way due to the random pieces of food and trash left in the halls. I saw roaches twice in the laundry room never in my room thank God. After that the first time I decided to leave early. I had to wait until I was able to find a new place since I travel for work and also for my schedule to allow. When I gave the manager my reasons for leaving early she told me that was not a good enough reason due to the amount of time I had already stayed there. Since I was leaving early they penalized me for leaving early since I had been given a monthly rate. Not only was I penalized it costs me more to leave early than it would have to just pay the extra few days. There was only a 3 day difference in my reservation. I had spoken to someone at the front desk the night before who told me my balance was $0 and he would leave a note for his manager to fix it in the morning. I do not think he intentionally lied I think it was a lack of understanding of the system. So they charged me $350 without my permission for a full week's stay. The week would have costed me $250 if I kept my reservation the extra 3 days. I was told I would be reimbursed the $100 but so far I have not seen any changes to my account. The staff were nice for the most part. The biggest issue is just cleanliness, dirty hallways, foul smells, roaches and gnats. It is unsanitary. They never have extra blankets. Every time you ask for them you are told they have no more brown blankets. I have gotten sheets that are visibly dirty and had to request more. I have been charged $1.99 for replacement sheets and bedding on occasion. When I was paying weekly my rate would be different each week. Not sure if it was a mathematical error or if the rates fluctuated weekly depending on demand that is why I decided to do monthly before I saw the roaches. Pretty unorganized.

To start off this review, I wanted to say I have never been to a hotel quite like this particular establishment. First of all, the rooms are a family-friendly environment with sturdy doors, making you feel safe and comfortable as if you were home with a modest kitchen and freezing ac . The first day I visited the hotel, I met a kind and friendly staff member of the name Britt who helped me feel confident in staying in the hotel and another staff member named Marie informed me the longer you stay the better your rates go after that I saved a whole lot of money I felt taken care of everyday. With the added Lennon services, I get warm fresh towels and blankets every day that I see all the staff work on every day while handling grumpy customers. " Guess those customers didn't have there coffee.?". The night crew is always alert and focused at the task at hand. I believe his name is channing. And there is a brilliant manager I didn't quite get her name down, but with her quick problem solving skills and true care for the hotel, she brings the whole team together. And as a unit, this hotel will always be in good hands. I don't think I'll be leaving for quite a while l.

It is a fantastic place to stay! Great vibes, friendly people, clean rooms, and great service. Family friendly, safe, and quiet! It's still a bit pricey, but that's corporate's fault, not the fault of the people who work at this location.

Positive: It was close to where I needed to meet family Negative: The hotel has a very strong smell down the halls as soon as you step to the elevator Like burnt plastic and something else. Overwhelming smells and foot traffic at all hours of the night in hallways. Beds were stated queens they?re full size mattresses.

The entire hotel has a smell. No shampoo or conditioner provided, no tissue/kleenex & 1 roll of toilet paper. Bath towels are so thin they are almost useless. The bed had little to no aspect of comfort. Someone else said for a little more you can find peace of mind & comfortability somewhere else, they hit it in the head. Only thing I didn’t have an issue with was the Check in/out.
