I recently stayed at an Extended Stay America property, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay.

A special thanks to Val for all the help during my visit. Val was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was providing extra amenities or offering great local recommendations, Val made me feel valued as a guest.

I definitely recommend Extended Stay America for anyone in need of a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. Great service, clean facilities, and an overall great experience!

Fresh off a late flight came to this establishment. Walked in it was closed at 11pm. I had to call someone on the phone to let me in a get a room. The room is dirty af. Stains on the walls. Shower is dirty. Room isn’t at all what it looked like in the pictures. Super small. Beds are hard and dingy very cheap hotel. I came for school at VTI and if this is where they want me to stay I’ll leave an go back home. This isn’t where I’m going to stay for a month I promise you that. I don’t care this place is in the middle of the hood. Dirty!!! And uncomfortable. This is unacceptable. Clean the walls. Who’s liquor stains a soda stains are on this wall!!? Bed is uncomfortable an hard af. Sheets feel dirty. I can’t do this. I’ll be on the next thing smoking back home if I have to stay here.

As the front desk said we would get a refund for our room being dirty, we had to call back to talk to the GM of the hotel. They said we wouldnt get a refund because the sheets were pulled back and the bathroom was used. The sheets were dirty WHEN WE PULLED THEM BACK. And the bathroom was used once as they didnt have a bathroom in the main area after waiting to check in for 45 min after a 3 hour drive!! So ridiculous for no refund and a shitty experience for only staying 1 hour and only 15 min was actually in the room. I have worked at hotels before, never have i ever seen one this bad and crackheads walking in and out, front desk yelling at me, not once but twice, and such a dirty room that i couldnt even fathom to stay overnight.

The absolute worst experience- unpleasant, unsafe and unacceptable! Single women should never stay here.

Someone entered our room at 2:30 a.m. with a key card!! Luckily my husband got to the door before they could enter and pushed it back shut and put interior dead bolt lock on door!
At 6:00 a.m. we took dog out to find a homeless person passed out in interior lobby with drug paraphernalia laying next to them (because they do not lock exterior door and there is no staff present).
When I called to make Management aware of my experience and request a refund- I was met with an extremely rude person on the other end of the line who would not identify herself as the manager nor even so much as give me her name.

I called the nationwide number and am still waiting to hear from a district manager- 7 days later!!!

I'm not really sure why anyone would have anything bad to say about this place. The room is great the staff is great, nobody bothers you, ya there's a lot of traffic but that's anywhere. It's not dangerous, it's very clean. I actually really recommend this place. It's got everything you could need and want. Super comfy.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It is a little bit of an oasis in the city. The staff are the most amazing group of people I ever had. The pleasure of doing business with led by Beth supported by Patty, Darcy and Vanessa. They are fantastic. My wife and I were never treated with so much respect and concern. We're very grateful we found this location. Their maintenance man Scott is also fantastic and a lot of fun.

I booked this room late at night around midnight because me and my husband were in need of somewhere to stay for the night. When we got there to check in the lady who was on duty told us it was too late for us to check in and she canceled our reservation. Mind you I had already called their customer service and asked them if we were going to be able to check in because I saw their office closes at 10pm. The man I spoke with told me they keep someone on duty past that time for people who check in late. He said they usually give you until about 1 or 2am. We had to go get a room elsewhere when we had already paid for this one. When I contacted Expedia to try and get a refund, the hotel refused to provide me with a refund.

Wow!! From the moment I walked through the door, spectacular guest service began. I was greeted by the maintenance man instantly. Vanessa, at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. Checking-in was a breeze, and their elevator was clean and working. After arriving to my room, I noticed that their rooms are just as advertised. Then I noticed no towels. Lol. Once I went back to the front desk, I encountered the property manager Beth. OMG!! When I tell you that this lady welcomed me with the most wonderful smile, and expeditiously began assisting me in rectifying the matter. She apologized for the small inconvenience and sent me on my way feeling like this establishment was money well spent. Thank you to the entire staff, I would definitely stay here again.
