This was by far my worst experience at a hotel that I ever had. When we pulled into the parking lot several people were smoking and drinking in the parking lot. Upon entering the hotel the receptionist was friend but that was when the food ended. The room smelled like smoke and was disgustingly dirty. I had two of my kids with me and we didn’t feel safe. We left and had to go find another room. We immediately contacted the company we booked with and the manager wouldn’t refund any of the stay. Do not stay at this hotel!!

Other than that, staff was amazing. The room had a stove (electric) and full fridge and freezer, BUT, the compromise was there was no counter for the bathroom sink, and no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Room was not well cleaned or maybe just stained. About 30 minutes from Scottsdale and Camelback Ranch. I'd say a step up from a Motel 6, where at least the hallway is inside and there is an elevator.

I highly suggest that pictures be taken of the room on arrival and checkout. You can be charged for something you weren't at fault or something that wasn't found in your room. Also if you believe that you will need more/exchange the ones that are placed in the room upon arrival linens and or towels during your stay bring extra or be prepared to pay for the exchange of dirty for clean. And there's no need for the staff to provide pictures for their claim of incident reported it's really just absolutely ridiculous and of poor character of the manager along with his assistant manager.

I had two of our staff members stay at this hotel and the room was disgusting. There were bugs and roaches. We expected this place to be somewhere our staff could relax after a long day of work but it was the total opposite. I would not recommend wasting your money and booking this hotel.

Room is actually decent for the killer deal I got for a week$$$$$ 525$$$$$ can't beat that unless you mention no breakfast over
priced vending machines 1 elevator. Staff unreachable lack of communication. pET friendly they are very professional but pet friendly which means clean house clean dog no messes best of both worlds. Bathroom was clean size was kinda small for their queen size 1 bed

They allow a lot of smoking at times as marijuana smell was rampant. They do not allow the side doors to be available. They also do not provide the free grab and go breakfast. They charge way more and even when staying past 30 days, the discount for tax deferred was minimum. This was why we relocated to Budget Suites down the street as we wait for our new home to be ready. Just not a great experience. At least the customer service was ok as they did act quickly on noise issues.

This is one of worst experiences of my life. Lots of pot smokers. Loud obnoxious noise. The room smelled like sewage. And they over charged my card by $20. The lady at the front desk was nice but slow. Never again.
